terrible balance. there are early chalanges that are impossible, late challenges that are easy, terrible AI, combat is mostly kite until your special attack recharges. So much promise for the game, but terribly implemented.
If you are having trouble with bloops not saving, it may be a spotty internet connection. Apparently, if you are offline, the game doesn't let you collect cash or buy upgrades. To ninja kiwi, please don't break your game for offline play. It sucks when people do that.
It's a bit buggy. One of the bosses never showed up and I got credit for passing the stage even though I would NOT have beaten him. Later, I upgraded a weapon and it forgot an upgrade in another tree.
muting does not reliably mute every sound. Individually muting each category does better than the mute button, but i still get some sounds coming through unmuted.
Gets very boring. No speed up button so the rounds take forever, auto pause when you click out of the screen so you can't even background it, terrible unit balance, and of course all the game ark annoyance. In addition to the obnoxious intro, the logo makes a noise on mouseover even when the game is muted.
Possible bug: Towers on highground seem to level up slower. It's most apparent on lvl 11 where you can place 2 demon towers right next to each other with the high ground one slightly closer to the enemy. Despite landing more hits, it will level up well after the regular one.
Tip: you should be using your rocket sparingly and focusing on moving slow enough that you can collect cash, identify letters you need, and grab yellow lucky spin gems. Upgrade cash, magnet, jetpack, and fuel first. Cleared game in 14 days using this strategy.
mortars are no longer popping camo balloons. This might be related to the daily challenge that has that effect, but it's occurring during regular play as well.
Bug: when you hit the multi upgrade button without enough money to upgrade all the way, it sometimes charges you for the next upgrade which you can't afford without giving it to you. This drives your cash negative.
