@freteczka97 This is a copy-paste of Spellstone (2015), which is a copy-paste of Tyrant Unleashed (2014), which is a copy-paste of Tyrant (2011 (Facebook 2010)). This game is really 7 years old.
I recommend Fireball and Ice Shard (fast/strong), Earth Drop (slow/powerful/ auto-hit), Earth Engulf (strong/auto-hit/likely curse), Rain Flame and Hail Storm (powerful/multi-hit/auto-hit), Healing Light (duh). The barrier style spells are useless due to their poor accuracy. The lightning spells are useless because they deal pathetic damage unless you chain 3+ enemies (very unlikely). Earth Summon has an unbelievable cooldown, is locked to a single room, and deals almost no damage.
Magic is OP in this game because the magic upgrades are exponential (due to also reducing cooldown time), magic is the only ranged option (and every enemy description tells you to fight from a safe distance), and there's no mana system (unlimited power!). Bosses are less threatening than dungeon minions, which can annoyingly stun lock you in a corner as you're torn to shreds. Half the spells are useless due to lack of homing, poor damage output, situational usefulness, and long cast times. Movement speed is also sluggish even after upgrading. This game has potential but I rate 3/5 because it was boring as hell. Being able to return to the last boss floor is nice though.
Fair is not the same as balanced. Don't you desire diverse armies and strategies? I mean, just look at Guardian... +++ needs an L teleport instead of that useless ability.
@Mouserron: You can kill it with anything that has more range than a Skeleton. Even at ++ it controls space less effectively than a Warrior, because poison is weak. The +++ costs much more and can be scared away with any lower value pieces. Look at its move range on the board and try to block its escape routes before threatening it.
The game will *probably* go mobile once it's finished, since the dev doesn't want to port then have to update 2 games at once. Porting is hard because not all mobile devices support Flash and they have different hardware architectures. Right now CEO is version 0.44 (beta)
If your piece becomes "stuck" after being blocked by a crusader/haunted armor, it's just a graphical glitch. You can still drag and move the piece from the square it SHOULD be on.
I'm noticing a trend of generic flash "art" slapped over crappy games made by outsourced programmers with bad English. And they always have "premium" content despite not meriting it. And yes, you can press W to win. Snag the badges quick and abandon ship!
My brother says: "Your partner and the dead bodies shouldn't be displayed, because they're not interactive. They're visual clutter, which is sacrilege in a shoot-em-up."
I just beat impossible color and it only took 42 MINUTES. I thought it was a bit more engaging than other puzzle games, especially with the dummy pieces.
Hey Darches, sorry that our game was not for you, thanks for giving it a shot and we are glad that it was almost funny for you.
