Cleared all the missions, then did the first challenge (with an 8-card deck) and everything stayed black. Menu music played but I could do nothing. Hope that doesn't happen to anyone else (or, at least, anyone else in private mode).
For those having trouble jumping high: raise boost and depth, then swim down deep, turn to face upward and - while still down there - click to boost. Trying to boost while near the surface is near-worthless for jumping.
I go to conquer a town (or city, or castle - the game can't seem to decide which it is), distractedly click "Enter" instead of "Battle", then find it takes a day to get to where I already am...
Then again, I attack by swinging swords at the walls, so clearly I'm not quite sane anyway.
Evilevil135, look again - the flag next to the mine you stepped on was a mistake. See the flags to the upper right of them, and remember that numbers still count mines that have already exploded.
Right after making my previous comment about the unpleasantly diminishing responsiveness, I clicked replay and had another go. Make of that what you will.
Well, that's not good. Shut down private mode and the like yesterday, purely so I could continue this... and now the save's vanished anyway. Suppose I'll try again if I figure this out or if, sometime, I've a lot of time to spare... because this game's too good to give up on so easily.
These people have some impressive discipline - they won't turn or back up, even if they're about to be attacked from the side. No matter how much you might wish they would...
Before playing this, you might want to find a mouse autofire program - it's amazing how much more enjoyable this became when I didn't have to keep clicking. Reduces the risk of RSI, too.
Only thing I disliked about this game: it got very laggy, for some reason (looks like most people didn't have this problem, fortunately). It got so bad I actually tried turning off the music to see if it'd help, which in this case is a rather drastic solution (didn't work anyway, so back on it went).
I must've looked ridiculous playing this: wearing shades for area 1, covering my eyes whenever I died (frequent, playing on kamikaze). Excessive white doesn't just hurt my sensitive eyes - it can also makes me look a twit. Not that the headache leaves me caring much.
As to the mouse outside the game window issue: I scrolled my browser so the bottom of the game window lined up with the bottom of the screen, limiting the problem a bit.
If you get stuck, click pause, then stop, then try a different level - you won't lose your progress and might find a trick that would've helped you on the level you were stuck on.
I have to wonder - why have human skulls on those signs instead of llama skulls? Also, why have both z and x for powerups instead of z being an alternate switch key?
So much white... please, add an option to invert the colours for those of us with sensitive eyes.
Pleasant game and I'd like to continue, but... not worth the (literal) pain.
