there is one closed gate that you cant open.
it's in II-II, when you enter the room with the V switch, there's a gate to the right that wont open no matter what :-(
and yeah, I used the fireshot switches
okay, finished the game.
the room below the pillars was by far the easiest bird room ever.
now I'm at the end game screen but only have 5 of 7 birds as it seems :-/
onwards to another round of searching every corner! :-D
Nice! Glad you were able to finish! Small tip: There are only 2 birds in each zone (Plus the one below the hub): The Intro, the Cave, and the Mountain. So you'll only need to go back to the one you're missing a bird from. Thanks for playing!
nevermind. I found it. in contrast to the other items, this one was so easy to overlook. I left it somewhere in the tutorial area and despite going through that area many times, never realized it just sat there :-D
@ValettusGD: I guessed that far but how do I get that artifact back/ where even is it?
I surely used it at the first yellow Y but how can I extract the artifact?
down+space, hook shooting and other stuff didnt work (which worked with the blue and red one)

Explored a bit more, found 3 birdies.
and by then learned that you CAN jump while hooked which want obvious at all since your normal up jump button does nothing , so you have in this single instance use space instead.
but I still have no idea how to get into the third area, despite the 3 birdies that flew off somewhere :-(
Hey, sorry for the delay! The yellow artifact is the one from the intro area you use to open the doors with... If you came in with an old save you may have to backtrack to get it. The area below the hub is a puzzle that you need all three artifacts to solve, and the only thing down there is one of the birds. About the jump, originally the up button didn't jump at all because it was already used for climbing. I added the option later. I apologise for the confusion. Hope this helps!
Hey, thanks for playing the game! The reason you can't do that is, if you could, you would be able to complete the game extremely fast. Image being able to fly from the start in minecraft!
