Excellent game, but it would be nice to have some kind of inn you could stay at to fully replenish hp and dp. Refilling via potions is a little tedious.
Fatty McSlim, have you tried buying the fox house? You get it from either the Bronze or Silver Store. Much easier than shaking trees for them.
How do you get the "Welcome Back" mote? It's the only one I have left.
Why is the grenade launcher so horrible?
Not that it matters much, two chainguns and a rocket launcher make for easy going. Lucky I got the weight up module, cause that lets me use a shield and health recharge too, so I'm borderline invincible.
Gauntlet meets Bomberman, neat. Except the enemies can snipe you diagonally through the cracks while you have to wind your way around the labyrinth. Also, the lack of a melee attack kind of screws you over when you need to quickly clear out a swarm blocking your way.
14 on the first level is tricksy. You kind of need to be zoomed in to see it clearly. 10 on the second level is hard to catch as well. The third level doesn't have any that stumped me nearly as long as those two.
Fun game.
It's like a coin-op arcade shooter. The problem is it tries to mimic the "shoot off screen to reload" mechanic, which doesn't work so well. Hit "R" would be better.
Level 10 is a pain in the butt. With such an inexact aiming mechanic, getting the ball through such a tiny gap exceeds what can be called skill and moves into luck.
