If you run out of money, go kill stuff in the free area for a couple days. Far easier than trying to beat Andy at $40 a pop. Great game, enjoyed it a lot!
Really tediously slow. The rooms are funny the first couple times, but then it loses its humor value. Apparently I need coffee for the coffee maker, but I have no clue as to where to find it. Very frustrating.
Ball is too bouncy. With hand-drawn lines, it's too difficult to control where the ball goes. Also, the ink is limited by time, rather than amount used, which combined with the bouncy ball makes it almost impossible to draw lines that can direct the ball predictably. Combined with the lack of an erase tool to adjust the lines already drawn, this is just too fussy to be any fun.
Just beat nightmare, 12x12. 136 days, 113 survivors, $647325. Great game. I've become addicted to it. Please make a sequel with more and better everything!
Took me a while to figure out that the trip to the grave wasn't a preliminary to the game, it WAS the game. Constant respawning of the skeletons drove me nuts, as it got difficult to do anything at times. I was hoping that solving the praying statues puzzle would shut them down once they were vanquished, but then I realized I needed the bones for the staff. Getting the bracelet at the peak of the house was a pain, and finding stuff was quite tedious. Lots of good stuff overall, though. 8 spoons, one secret, final score of 12/13. Very good game.
Punching with the mouse is really awkward. That plus having to reach across the keyboard to use the arrow keys with my left hand while moving the mouse makes it doubly so. Not much fun as a result, lost interest pretty quickly.
The password clue does not work in upper case as it's written. Putting in the 4-digit code at the door with the correct lights does not open the door. Game cannot be completed as it currently exists. Also, walkthrough links to the wrong page. Very sloppy quality-control.
