mission: protect the weapon crates...which are spread all over the map, and infinite constantly spawn all over the map, INCLUDING right on top of the crates! completely impossible. not to mention the need to keep buying ammunition (i got killed because i forgot to do this ONCE), and the terrible graphics, and those tiny worms constantly being released by the Bloaters... AND the badge is glitched, it won't give me credit for Bloater kills...horrible.
something to watch out for: upgrading the research points/per paper of research centers increases their operating cost. it's not so bad for type 1, but the later types it can bankrupt you-and you CAN'T SELL THIS UPGRADE! be VERY careful about upgrading them...
reminds me of the "Epic War" games: JUST like them, i was JUST about to win when the enemy suddenly counter-attacked with 5 of EVERYTHING in ONE SECOND, and wiped me out!
that name, "nine deaths cat" reminds me of a Catwoman comic book story, "nine deaths of the cat", where someone she had helped send to prison hired nine hit-men to hunt her down.
i tried to zoom in on the TINY playing window, part of the window turned white, making the mini-map UNUSABLE!
not even going to try for the medium badge.
wow, i'm embarrassed that i didn't try out the "Death Ray" spell sooner! it didn't just kill a Griffon in 2 hits, it killed THREE of with a TOTAL of 2 or 3 shots!
but the Alicorns can block it with their shields...but if you're sneaky you can still get one good hit!
that "1 million is a lot" achievement won't work...i have over 8 million IP NOW and i have bought several 10 million-point upgrades, and i still don't have that achievement!
i discovered an interesting trick that the game doesn't mention: pressing W while next to a crate or chest will make your character hide behind it! it doesn't help in combat, but if you're trying to be stealthy it's quite neat!
a tip for new players: the "skill requirements" and skill point assignment can be confusing: you need to put 2 points into a skill to get achieve "level 1" requirements, then 3 more for "level 2", etc.
i highly recommend putting 2 points each into Lock-picking and hacking right away, it makes it much easier to find good loot!
well, crap. i was trying to do the Homonclus trick to unlock the new Umbramancer, but one of those snowflakes ruined it when i gave me 3 Nexus buildings. even if it HAD worked, it would have taken about 12 hours online. simply too slow for me.
that's why i said i was quitting before: because one challenge would take 20 days, and getting my "paragon" level high enough to use items would take even longer! just. too. long.
Yeah subtitles and a better microphone and perhaps better diction.
