For Viper808 and people who think our gather rate is too low to be useful later on. You are supposed to, after a while, gather science with the assistance of no scientist trimps. Science is the most lightly used resource and has no offline gains, so there is little to no point in assigning trimps as scientists after zone 10 or 12, or after you've gathered about 120k or so science, just do it yourself and put your trimps into gathering resources or as trainers. As to us joining the trimps in battle is a stupid idea. for example, once you clear zone 13, your character freaks out over a SPLINTER! Face it, our characters are armchair generals and managers, not warriors.
Coin magnet does nothing. Had it maxed out and coins only came to me once I killed the final enemy. besides, the whole star level up thing is stupid. It should be that coins upgrade basic skills, like attack power/speed and the like, while stars upgrade special skills, like the large fireball and so on.
Jaywalker: I'M GONNA MAKE IT! -Leaps like an Olympian to avoid a car and make it to the finish line-
BAM! He is sent flying fifty feet into the air by a speeding bus that just changed lanes after coming out of nowhere.
Bus driver: I was looking for a new paint job anyway. Roadkill is all in this year.
Working in the mines has given me a greater appreciation for the miner trimps, especially since they don't seem to exist in this reality. I got four zones, part of one and at least one map to conquer before I can complete the metal challenge. The perk is most definitely worth it. And to billybob234: block is OP as anything once you get shields to block rather than give HP, and when they hit IV or V, even a single shield is worth roughly to 2K of block. There is no need to buff something that is already too strong!
Just got my first +Exp manager, and I love it! Hoping I can take advantage of the vortex event. Question, is it only restricted to the first jump, or will it work for any jump?
Never mind my last comment, I completely forgot that you get miners later on. Still a fun challenge, though I never made more than ten for any piece of equipment other than the shield, especially after it raised block. I just found it to be redundant, mostly due to the equip upgrades.
I'm on the metal challenge and it is indeed challenging, a unique feature I have yet to see in any idle game. One problem though, I got a speedminer book. It'd be nice if, just like when the Trimps were confused as to what a miner was, that this book was just discarded due to it being useless. It will become nothing but clutter, as will the rest of the books, so it would be better if you could somehow code out the books that have no use during a specific challenge.
Yeah, just ran into a problem someone else had. I recently got the dagger upgrade three, on my second run, and its description said that my next upgrade would cost me a mere 20K, so I decided to go for it because I had 30K, only to find that it would cost me 55K to upgrade it once. You might want to tweak the descriptions slightly.
Ran into an odd, random bug where combat freezes, even with more than eighty percent health left over, and it won't resume unless I click the fight button. And Rigtime, you need to enable a certain script, or just use a browser that isn't total garbage.
Okay, the scrolling achievements bars are just plain annoying now, since they cover up the buttons and cover more of the screen than necessary. Just have a popup bar or something on the bottom or allow us to click through the things.
One thing I would like to see is some indicator as to what the current equipment bonuses are without going into battle. Just a thought, since I love to over prepare for battles. Nothing beats no selling a boss' attack.
As other have said, we need more content. As it stands, I'm with everyone else in saying that there really is no point in resetting, since you can 'finish' the game on your first run. we need more content. Maybe we can command an army and wage wars, maybe take over the world eventually. Maybe an alignment system or something, make it so that we don't have to be a goody two shoes. I'm not saying allow us to become villains, I'm just saying that we can kill the zombies by torching some farmer's fields rather than poking through the entire thing. In other words, the 'darker' we are, the quicker we finish quests, but the slower our guild exp comes in. I don't know, I'm just throwing out ideas.
Hello Excele, you can save your game manually in 2 ways, exporting your code and save it to your computer, or save it in the cloud manually :)
