This isn't even an idle game, and it still has the memory leak in chrome that all the other Strikeforce Kitty games have had. Seriously, fix this already.
Balancing needs a lot of help. I can finish the first raid while taking virtually no damage, but still can't beat the second raid. I can't train for the second raid very well because the farming levels don't go high enough to get any significant experience from them. At this point, I'm just waiting for the skill guy to come by and sell me more skills while I slowly gain XP and money. The pacing is just really off, but the concept is there.
Fun-ish, but it needs more levels and items. Also, instead of having set raiders, it would be much better to assign them classes manually. It could follow a Final Fantasy Tactics type of progression.
Lag was fixed by switching to Firefox, which is kind of unfortunate for the developer because now that I've played it I can give it a solid 1 star rather than the 2 it had before when I couldn't really play the game. The physics are irritatingly random and getting stuck on a wall is certain doom even if you have an aid because those guys don't show up half the time and they show up when you don't need them the other half. The entire concept of having a map is made null by automatically progressing to the next level and never having a reason to replay previous levels. Progression is way too fast and also very steep.
This was an okay game, but very straight-forward. As an idle game, it doesn't bring much new to the table and is really more about number crunching to get the best buy. It also kinda bugged me that this was a "Black Market" game, but really just focused on three drugs when drugs aren't traditionally considered black market items, and one of them is even legal in a lot of states. I felt like the game logo was misleading to the overall look and theme of the game.
Pretty standard TD. Not a much in the way of unique mechanics. It's just a set path, a few different towers, linear tower upgrades, and linear level progression. Even army upgrades and specials wouldn't be anything new, but it would add depth to the game. The enemy spies are the one cool mechanic that help this up to 3 stars rather than 2.
Strategy: for idling, use an armor ring (or money ring) and put as much into your armor as possible. Be sure to have a good shield and an upgraded Low Attack. Pick a level where your health does not drop below 80%. A little regeneration is good, but ideally you don't take enough health damage for it to matter. For advancing, health gets you the most points for the cost, so pump as much as you can into your health and use whichever ring gets you the most defense. Upgrade your weapon first, and make sure your Block is high. With just an upgraded weapon and shield, you can one-hit enemies before they attack you and Block most attacks that they do throw, allowing you to beat levels where the enemies could actually one-hit kill you. This will get you through stages, but you need armor to idle.
For some reason the game keeps freezing after I launch using the Super Penguin upgrade. Up to that point, though, this is by far the best in the series!
Great game. I enjoy having level options in case I get stuck. I would like to be able to scroll with the arrow keys, though. On a laptop, that would make this much more comfortable.
Very good platform and mechanics, but it's super short. I'd love to see a sequel with more upgrade options, survival mode, longer game, and maybe more family members so you have to choose who is in your party. Good animation and sound. 4/5, just would like more of the same basically.
so I can't for the life of me figure out how to ascend. I've got 5 Nexuses and have had them for several days. I can't imagine that ascending takes much longer than that on average...
Thanks. We'll add the arrow key support in the next update.
