Lovely. Smart, interesting, charming, pleasant. Would be nice if I could save a game half-way through; it takes a while to get to the higher levels, and I don't always want to keep going.
I like the game. Fun! Many hours spent. If they had a Linux version, I'd even buy it. But why do I have to abandon everything? I built a nice network and got the creeper under control; it's weird to just junk it all.
To make this easier, when you have to guess, guess in English letter frequency order. I start out with E T A O I N S H R L D U, stopping when I have enough letters to start guessing based on the word.
Game play is ok, if pretty slow. But the story makes no sense. Why is the world's greatest weapons master wandering around with a rusty hook? Why is the king unable to buy a decent weapon? Why am I, the hero, stealing potions from random houses? Sigh.
