It would really help if the camera followed you rather than the computer players or at least zoomed out so you could see the whole stage when people are on different levels.
At first glance it looked rather well polished, then I played the game. What can I say buggy controls, homing missiles which often ignore your enemy and come straight back at you, achievements that don't register properly (12 rage kills didn't trigger anger management but 3 did)
The shortcut keys for building are a mess. It would be better to remove the WASD option for screen movement and use qwertyu for buildings. Other than that and the odd mission starting you too close to the enemy its really well put together.
I have seen this style implemented much better. The AI is a pain, a money magnet upgrade would be nice, hotkeys would certainly be welcome, Its only a small thing but allowing you to see past the tutorial messages would be nice to see what benefit the upgrades it tells you to buy actually do. On the plus side graphics work nicely, its a little thing but seeing the upgrades on the characters goes a long way. No real bugs found and no lag. On the whole not bad but by the 10th time losing to your penguins refusal to go around objects it gets old real quick
The game is pretty short but I don't see that as an issue personally. At least it ensures you wont lose flash saves during an endurance badge. Only real issue for me is the imbalance between units. Towers and Blasters are useful throughout but blaster+grenades basically obsoletes flamethrowers and freeze rays with the number of ranged attackers making melee troops less cost effective than mines.
I have to admit I wasn't expecting much from this game but was pleasantly surprised. Nice humour, dr zeuss style rhyming story is a little iffy but thats personal opinion and use of x key instead of space for rapid presses gets a big thumbs up. I had to make a new support wire for my spacebar due to games that require you to rapidly tap space
