For those of you saying "Why is her lifespan only a few days??" think of it like this- replace "Lifespan" with "Food". Every time you renew her lifespan, you are really letting her eat. She has unbelievably efficient metabolism and fat conversion.
It would amuse me, personally, if there was options to watch the colony after you leave, and if you could build things that could produce ammo after you leave, so you could see if your colony could hold out without your main-base bonuses.
THANK YOU for adding the survival mode. That makes so much more sense in the context of the storyline as presented in the first one i played. If we are a civilization fleeing from a menace, and we have a means of holding it back, it makes sense to hold it back as long as possible in each area, if only to ensure that we won't run out of places to run to in our lifetime.
Fix the text, cannot read it when it overlaps itself, and some of the sentances are cut off. Also, is anyone else annoyed by the presence of planets bigger than the sun?
It really is too bad that this came out in the same month as big-name series games like Creepworld. It deserves better, but when all of the games that made the list are around 4 stars...
Ugh. The game was good- the first time through. It is NOT worth going through again for the badges, even if i am using new game +, simply because it doesn't have the programing to register that i already did all of them.
Is there a reason for the 200 max for the hunting food thing? Is it based off of how much 5 people can carry? It obviously has nothing to do with how much my wagon pulled by 10 oxen can hold...
Am i too stupid to take multiple trips?
Also, i think that the power balance in this game would be reversed. I find it hard to believe that ninja could do so well against Death Gods. I understand balancing a game, but this makes it look like Chakura is at it's base a stronger source of power than Spiritual Pressure or something.
It'd be fun to have a bonus boss in there somewhere, one that is tougher than the final. Say, for example, the wolf running the secret shop if somone were stupid enough to, say, not spend ANY gold leading up to that point, sell all their weapons (and potentially a few Artifacts), and buy everything from his shop, enraging him... wait... i have to go try something.
Curiosity- Swarm Lord says "From the corpses left in your wake" in the description- does it get stronger based off of how many things you have killed in the past? Or from how many corpses are in the current battle? Or is that just there because it sounds cool?
We greatly appriciate your constant re-balancing. I noticed in the log that you nerfed the final boss at least twice. I don't remember ever having issues with him, and i have played through as 2/3 of the classes. Are you sure you want to weaken the toughest boss when there is a way to redistribute points? It seems to me that the final boss is SUPPOSED to be hard...
After re-playing this game, i would like to retract one of my previous statements. If grinding was allowed and the mobs did not level with you at ALL, then this would be far too easy. You may consider making them get stronger at a slightly slower rate than the player though, so grinding does not lead to the player actually being weaker compared to the mobs, however.
OH and before i forget: the reason my necro was having such troubles in the woods is because i bypassed an area, and was therefore below the leveling curve. Rather than overnerf the wolves, you may consider some way of reminding people that that one area on the beach with the bandits in it is an actual area. I thought it was a dead end, because i had not yet grasped that anytime you can reach the edge of the map, that was a new area.
Sounds cool :D
