This is because of the unity 3d physx engine, there is nothing i can do about it. Sorry. I noticed this to and thought about removing that slider, but decided to let you (the user) choose.
Thanks for taking a look at the new update. Hope your enjoying it :D
Your walls are not "solid" enough for all of the movement effects you have in the game. SO MANY TIMES i have seen the foes get pulled/pushed/whatever through the walls.
Nice start. Needs tower descriptions, bug fixing, maybe an upgrade system making you buy the lesser towers and give them exp or something. Of course there's no money balancing yet, but this is a WONDERFUL start. 3/5 for now.
Possible bugs- when starting a new game with an old name, when i enter a battle, the progress from the previous game is still there. Also, it appears that obtaining the second secret disables the first one (Assuming that you need to activate 2 before 3 is possible.)
Thank you for the comment. All you mentioned is meant to be that way. I thought the player no longer needs one dice roll after he finds the second secret, which would be impossible without that. Then, as the last secret is already on its way to be discovered, I deactivated the one dice move. But I am adding it back, as it seems to give a way of control over the moves.
The battles are hard to win and always takes 3 battles at least. So keeping their progress, I thought, would be better.
Interesting concept. I agree with Hrleguin, in that more control would be nice. However, the secrets hidden are a very nice touch. I have only found one of them so far, and it's actually kinda clever, in my opinion. Also, it appears that the home square and the final island are counted in the 77 islands, or there's a secret island... *spoiler* Here's a hint: The first secret can only be obtained when on the home square.
Exactly. That "single dice move" would be too easy to find, if I allowed it before you land on the base island.
Until now, I thought disabling the single dice move would be OK, but I also agree with Harlequin and adding it back, as it was originally there.
Thank you guys for helpful feedback. The tweaked version should be available in 10 - 20 mins.
You do realize that frogs can, in fact, swim?
Also, the controls are very loose on this game, and that one area with the infinitely-spawning one-hit-kill mooks is too easy to abuse, even if sonic's attack scheme is silly and annoying.
The ending is wrong. I went though a second time, and i only killed 1 thing, only infected 1 thing, and i brought numerous creatures to Sex. It told me i killed everything, when i ENSURED the reproduction of the species.
I am fairly sure it's glitched. Not only is there no explination as to how to play or what the objective is, the only instuctions given (use the arrows) does nothing. No arrow key does anything. There are no arrows to push. There are no arrows hidden in the rightclick menu. Pretending the cursor is an arrow does nothing. Using <> and ^ do nothing. I am seriously doubting that you remembered to make the user interface interface with the user.
There is lag in the last level for me, which causes the units to jump around ranomdly and unpredictably. It is obvious that htey do not behave normally offscreen, as well...
