qwertz qwertz qwertz. PLEASE! Why would all of you developers assaign your stuff to the Z key, make it unchangable and also qwertz incompatible??? Why not use X or C or something? Alt, Ctrl, Shift? ANYTHING else? Bah
The lag when the boss is dying is awful. I had no lag at all throughout the game except when the boss is exploding. Maybe less screen-shaking would do ;)
Okay, by the end of the intro I feel very much repelled. The story is just so dumb, and dumbly generic and genericly dumb and. Sorry, I scarcely ever say harsh things like this about games, but... ugh. It's one thing to swallow the whole "Animals are morally so much higher than humans" thing. But "They were peaceful and innocent, so they couldn't fight back and were easily destroyed." WTH?! So the "gods" nuked humanity for being evil, but they are just sitting back and watching "devils" destroying their faithful little bunnies. Makes sense.
And it isn't necessary to make sense or even to have a story at all. But when you have one and make so much effort into telling it (I presume those pictures did not draw themselves), please either make it clearly comedic or if you want it to be taken seriously, than let it make sense. /rant
Stone me, but actually, I don't think this is such an outstanding game. It's okay, but nothing really exceptional. It's short too. That's just my opinion though.
2 things: 1 - the lighting is a bit distracting, sometimes it's hard to successfully assess the position of your pad. Though it might be intentional...
2 - A possible way of cheating is to exploit the pause (P). You press P, then move your mouse to the desired location, the pad will instantly jump there, repeat with each ball.
That jumpy purplish striped mite monster, that always steer away from the cursor is a great one! It is such a clever idea in my opinion. I don't know if it was done before, but it's the first time I saw something like this in an arcade style shooter. They are really challenging without being frustrating. Well executed! Grats
Please change the instruction of level 3 to "Save exactly 2 people." Becasue "only 2 people" can be interpreted as "no more than 2" which turns out not to be the case, because you fail with only 1 guy saved too.
Just last weekend I started solving puzzles in a Sodoku magazine left on the table, out of boredom. Found some battleship sodoku in it. It's cool to find some on kongregate too.
I just realized that there are articles on the paper on the title and options screen. It's actually interesting. Fascinating how much atmosphere you can create with just a few well-chosen words.
This object does not have any function in game. It just stands there and looks nice. A decoration of sort.
