@KLouD_KoNNeCteD: Can you tell us why you don't like the game? That way some of us may be able to help you, and the rest of us will know to watch out for a certain part of the game and avoid it if we can.
@junk2020: Of course the game is stupid. If the character was smart, he'd get a plane ticket and fly away. Either that, or listen to the local weather service and leave when he hears that a flash flood was coming.
@namtaru: "You acquired this badge on Jul. 09, 2011." for the hard badge for me. Graphics are bad, but it's still a good game. It reminds me of the platforming games from the late 1980 and early 1990s where the screen auto-moved.
I just realized that Pixelante made other games that I also liked, specifically Dragon Age Legends and ImmorTall. Too bad he was last on Kongregate on Jan. 21, 2014 and he hasn't update his website since Sept. 30, 2014.
"You acquired this badge on Jun. 10, 2010." Wow, I beat the game over 8 years ago, and I STILL remember it, and in a good way. As for the complaints about controls, keep in mind that if your forces get intercepted they will stop to fight, similar to how real people will stop and attack back if they get attached. To get around this, click and drag again and you pixels/base will resume their movement.
@Rodayan: There is no achievement for 225 ft/s. Do you mean 225 mph? If so, make sure you select the 50' ramp for the beginning of the day when you choose your ramp.
@jmfkiddo: But in this game, the enemy is coming from the NORTH, and there is SNOW everywhere. That definitely makes it worthy of a second game. /sarc Seriously though, the new upgrades does make the game different enough. It would be nice if we could choose to use upgrades from the previous game though, such as having nanobots restore health or shooting 4 homing missiles.
@KLouD_KoNNeCteD: Um, can you tell us WHY you think the game is bad? That way we might be able to give you tips on how to get around the bad part in a game.
Let's see here... I got all the badges on June 18, 2011. I guess I don't have to worry about grinding for today's BotD given the comments and the fact I rated it 3/5 Stars that it isn't that much fun. I'm somewhat surprised the average rating is 3.9/5 Stars.
Hmmm, it would be nice if you could review the controls. I haven't played this game since 2014, still have my save data, but forget all the controls except for figuring out that spacebar causes you to use one of your punches and left click causes you to do a forward attack that lets you hit flying creatures easier.
