Great game, 5/5 Stars. Just needs 2 changes. 1st, sometimes Bob gets stuck in the fridge. 2nd, it would be nice to have a skip feature for the scene on the last level.
@bayne420: Cursor sensitivity can be found (at least for Windows 7) by going to the Control Panel, do a search for Mouse, then select Change Mouse Settings, then under the tab Pointer Options at the very top you have Motion. You can then change cursor speed and/or enhance pointer precision. I hope that helps.
CommanderBubble: since mine loads itself into a separate window i can't get badges... t_t What browser are you using? This works fine on Firefox 17.0.1 for me.
Wow, great game. 5/5 Stars from me. But I noticed it's been 2 years since this preview came out. I read that you are switching to another game before finishing this, but how much longer until we can play the final version?
Part 2: For the last wave, I would not immediately grab the health crates. Instead, save them for the boss. Any regular towers destroyed when the boss is up should be place on the far right side of the screen, and will help with damage. Mines don't hurt the boss. Instead, place the mines in the middle of the large group of tanks that come with the boss. First focus on the tanks, then when they are dead, attack the boss. I got done with full health and one of the four health crates left. Rate up if this helps!
Part 1: First, 5/5 Stars from me, it was a great game. @pongo_3931: You can place multiple towers/mines by pressing the 1, 2, and 3 keys on the keyboard. The strategy I used for my tower placement was put all the Anti-Aircraft towers in a vertical line in the middle of the screen, the put the regular towers in a vertical line immediately to the right of the Anti-Aircraft towers, and then put the mines in a vertical line immediately to the right of the regular towers. With this, you can pretty much ignore the flying enemies, the regular towers will take care of the weak enemies, and the row of mines will help with the large enemies. I would only aim at large groups of flying enemies, and I would only target the largest ground enemies. If a mine exploded, I would just press the "3" key and place a mine in the middle of a group of enemies. If the towers got destroyed, I would place them back in their vertical lines.
Don't play this game unless you are going for the Badge of the Day or if you are a Badge Hunter. The other games in the series are MUCH better. I know this is the first game in the series, but there have been decent games made since the 1980's. The problems with this game are you can't choose where to place the pizzas while cooking, you can't organize and choose which pizza to cut, and biggest of all, even if you don't waste a single moment, after the first few days it becomes impossible to get a 100% for all your customers, due to them complaining you aren't going fast enough. Oh, and I haven't mentioned that after a few days this game just becomes grindy, even going for the Pizza Lover Badge which is the Badge of the Day. 1/5 Stars
@marcelakamouse: You can't screw up. If you are stuck, then you need to click somewhere else first. Try using the walkthrough listed in the Description.
Today's Daily Challenge can be done rather simply by starting with a 4/2 Monkey Ace, set it on the large island near the beginning of the map, and set it to circle. That will singly take care of everything until the BFBs starting in Round 60, which by then you should have enough saved for another Monkey Ace, or a 4/2 Buccaneer. This should be an easy $60 Moneky Money for anyone who has unlocked the 4/2 upgrades for those towers.
Yeesh, today's Daily Challenge was easy. I shouldn't have even build a 4/2 Banana Farm or a 3/2 Monkey Village. By the end of Round 60, I had $263,012 left, no lives lost, and didn't even use a single special ability. For $120 Monkey Money, this was great.
Very good game, 5/5 Stars from me. I just wish the new version of Flash Player could play these old games better. If I try scrolling down the screen, my screen just freezes. But, that is the Adobe's problem, not the developers.
The character is too hard to control. Sorry, but after spending 30 minutes you should be able to easily control the character regardless of its shape and movements changing. There are plenty of puzzle game with each stage being unique, but being able to look at it and know exactly how everything will interact, and just having to figure out which order for things to interact in. 2/5 Stars
Very good game, it just has a few minor adjustments needed. First, when I left the page and came back, my map progress reset. Also, the map needs to show which items you've collected, and if you have seen an item but not collected it yet. It also needs to allow more uses of some of the spells. There was only one door that required the use of the Shock Spell, and you could completely remove the Gust Spell and you could still make it through the game. Besides that, When you don't need to use the Spire Spell to get through doorways, the Ice Spell to freeze water, or the Fire Spell which is the basic spell and is used if you want to unfreeze water, the only spell you really use is the Douse Spell. It is by far the most powerful spell offensively in the game. If there is going to be an offensive spell like that, the other spells need to be used more for progressing, or themselves buffed. My rating for the game is 4/5 Stars.
