pie - they don't run completely out, but their regeneration rate slows after a while. Usually after their most massive spawn in the level, then they'll only summon like half as many units. So if you survive it, the rest is cake.
vaen - your strategy works pretty well, but instead of one big unit I suggest a small group of hobbits. Hobbits move fast, hit hard (for the cost), and spawn back-to-back. More importantly, you get score for each unit you summon, which translates into more exp. You can summon 54 hobbits for the price of one paladin, that's a lot more exp. Plus they move forward faster to get to the bad guys before they're hitting your wall.

wow, I actually loved this game the first time I saw it, hate it here. Ace all 44 levels? Level 4 is just retarded to try to ace... I've had the best luck bouncing my initial shot off the ceiling, but haven't quite got it to bounce out of one side and into the other yet. Mind need to bounce it off the middle first to get a box out of the way.
just how long is the missile "arming time" after it's fired before it can be used to kill an enemy? Or do enemies on level 2 and 3 take multiple hits? I positioned myself so one enemy would shoot directly at another, and the missiles kept exploding harmlessly off the second enemy (whose missiles were chasing me around, of course). Flight time was maybe a second, maybe a little less.
I think Krystar's point is that here Mikeshood is PUNISHING the developer for making a sequel by rating the original low because the sequel was better. It's completely not fair to rate part 1 low because part 2 was better, it should be rated on its own merits.
there's gonna be a sequel? Instead of just adding onto this one? Like all the really stupid MMO games keep doing, making a sequel and throwing out ALL your hard work, ever? I'd better earn the badges on this one before it shuts down, but I'll probably never play part 2...
yeah, ability to cut something that's sitting on the bottom of the level would be nice, or if that's too hard to code, just elevate everything by putting a little brick border along the bottom.
sigh, apparently you can't use the left angle bracket in comments, it ate my whole comment except the part I qutoted. I wasn't AGREEING with termt, for any who's wondering.
if only the bots didn't CONSTANTLY move. My problem is that there's no way to stop your own bots from leaving their assigned waypoints. Or when they're following, they tend to drive circles around their target if that would cause them to take more damage, or get stuck on the wall and stop attacking if they're supposed to be following the last bad guy. Can't pass the Protecting challenge because with Soldier and Medic following each other, they go to opposite sides of the map, but with manual control, one blocks the other. (Same issue on Dragon challenge as Vikesrock)
