one aesthetic detail: when you're disguised and you talk to the knight, it shows yourself as speaking "Hello, miss princess, you're looking lovely" or whatever it was, rather than it showing the knight saying it
adding things to the room seems to cause huge changes in physics. Okay, so I have my little set up, and it turns out that he doesn't hit one of the things I placed. So, I removed it, figuring "I don't use it, I save 100 bucks by taking it away." However, removing this little foot mine that doesn't get blown up anyways completely alters how he flies around and actually ends up with me having less money. My theory: Adding things somehow effects the gravity of the room.
physics: liked them mostly...was a bit iffy on how the monsters push you... for one, too hard. for two, it seems to act as if each monster is a box without curves, and bounces off them as such. if I hit the side of a skull, I'd like to see myself bounce as if I actually hit that curve.
also: some quest rewards are a bit off it seems: hitting the rock centipede in level 2 is gouge-your-eye-s-out difficult for me, and going nearly 50 waves without hitting it once is not worth only 25k points. The other one I had a problem with, on the last level, you have "kill a boss or mini-boss" as 500k points, and "clear 20 waves" as also 500k points. even though clearing 20 waves will likely have you killing BOTH a boss and a mini-boss. Twice the work, equal points
I liked it, but I think the high scores could use more stats. Most monsters killed, most quests completed, and if possible, a total score from all four tables. Besides that, great game, can't wait for the next!
You need to bring the arrows back from Epic war 1 and 2. I know there's a silly little spell for it, but by the time you use the spell, the battle is almost done anyways. The arrow tower is what made epic war fun, methodically massing units, sending them, and waiting...is just uninteresting
I really loved this game, it's a shame it was so short. I really enjoyed the control scheme and by the end of the last level I was starting to really get it down, so I don't see much of a problem there. 5/5
