Skyroads was a great game, and this seems to recreate this very accurately - both the flaws as well as the strengths. Some sort of innovation - maybe a "remix" mode similar to what's being released in SFT2HD with some improvements? 4/5.
I'm loving the artwork - very inspiring portrayal of my country. 5/5 purely for that - similar to 5 Differences, I see this more of an art project than a game.
Similar comments to your other game. This one certainly has a better "feel" to it, but it's still a clone. 3/5 for decent execution, but no originality.
Too fast, slow it down a little (at least for the earlier levels). Seems like it could be fun to just plug away at for a few minutes. 2/5, could be 3 or 4 if you got the speed right.
After some experimentation, I have noticed a flaw in the gameplay.
You should only be able to swap neighbouring icons - not any two icons but they reverse even if there's a set.
Pretty standard clone. The fact that you can shuffle anytime is good, but not enough to set this apart from the competition. 1/5 for concept, +1 for an adequate implementation.
Just a comment - I originally thought having to start over from level 1 each time would drag the game down - y'know, make it boring. But it doesn't - in fact, it actually *improves* the game, making it *less* of a boring grind and *more* of a thinking, mind game. I guess because there's so much at stake.
I would absolutely love to see some checkpoints, say, every five or so levels though.
Decent concept.
More than one possible "target" would be an improve.
So would the Kong API - it seems overly repetitive, and needs something like highscores to keep it interesting.
Fairly well made - third attempt, bailed on level 7. Not bad, huh?
Very nice game. 5/5. Took me a few tries to get level 20 - that light blue seems to have a deceptively large hitbox - the reds would be about a centimeter away onscreen and still it would trigger. Got it done though - 7th on All Time ;)
