Caravan Beast: I started playing expecting the usual micro transactions, energy, endlessly duplicated game systems etc... But I was pleasantly surprised instead and spent the next few hours playing through. Nice fun game with original art. Thanks devs!
Monkey vs monkey is a pain... Ok, building built... need another? no three more expensive buildings?... ok don... wait what? research...ok 2 new things researched... find battle... wait need more expensive research to fight anyone? ok, done...wait the single storage tanks isn't enough to fight a single person? need another? ffs!??! ...ok, raging done for now. Still it's irritating and doesn't seem to be worth the hassle.
The art in this game is fantastic. If there was an art book of the background images I'd probably buy it. As for the game, fun for a couple of hours free to play, then gets a little grindy. As for the cross platform stuff... leaderboards aren't that much of an issue and with group quests in this type of game you WANT to be part of a larger server. Normally I'd rate 3 or 4 but I bumped it up to a five to counter a bit of the cross platform hate.
Enter the following Friend code after the tutorial: Q340Q62M for 600 crystals, a super rare card, entry into a million dollar bonus redraw prize giveaway bonanza, half a car and a 7 inch extension to your epeen "it has electrolytes".
There doesn't seem to be actual incentive to spend money on this game... because even $100 will do almost nothing. It's as if someone went through and found all the possible places money COULD be made and someone in management just said to put pay gates on all of them without actually thinking of the consequences. You could buy a car with the money required to play this game freely for a day. I'm not saying you should take out all the possibilities for profit, but at least think about making the cash sinks less obvious and obnoxious.
I've had a look at the mana problem and patched in a quick fix. It should no longer be possible to have a negative mana income... but since I never found the cause I can't be certain :( let me know if it still happens after this
I have been playing a lot of idle games recently and wanted to see if I could make one, turns out I could. At a (much) later date I would like to do a sequel with minigames, more scenery/locations and an item/inventory system so feedback on the basic system is appreciated :)
I get the feeling this game is similar to the idea of quick quests. The idea works but it feels like heroes need to keep some progress. great game though. 5/5 just to vote up.
I like this game a lot, funny story and a fair bit of depth to the game outside of the combat. There are one or two issues but still 5/5 because the rating deserves to be higher.
Wow, chicken slayer achievement seems easy. kill a thousand chickens a day for 3 years. In return you get a jewel that gives 12 armour. Fantastic. Well thought out... :D
Flamethrower kills don't seem to count towards the "let your grenadiers kill 10 enemies" - so if you get the upgrade early one of your missions is impossible to complete.
Great game. Had fun and played through without the extras... Then bought the premium content to support the development of more games like this one. Nice animations btw.
Crit-kill: instant kill enemy mech, Fork: Chance to hit additional mech, Freeze: chance to make enemy mech skip an action, Precision/Dodge: directly affect % chance to hit, Shield: Reduces all damage by shield amount, Wild: this weapon hits random opponent in front line, Trample: Deals damage to the mech behind target, Splash: weapons deals % damage to mechs next to target, Kickback: chance for weapon attacks to deal % of damage to players own mech. Rate up so people can see.
Clicking "Faster" multiple times stacks. You need to refresh your friends list for new friends to show up. Adding friends and harvesting crystals from them can net you 50+ crystals per hour fairly easily. Save your early niodes. Auto repair equipment is probably the best use for niodes early on.

Good game. Solo developing is hard and I can see the work you've put in. I tried to make a replay-able 'combat and encounter' based game earlier this year... and I think you did a much better job of it than I did. I'm not going to suggest any changes because by your comments you've already got quite a few good ideas. I've got a lot of respect for your work and I can't wait to see where you take things.
Jarty Thanks a lot for the support! I'm happy to know our work is enjoyed by you! Thanks for your kind words too!
