The All Swan achievement deserves at least a hard badge by itself. Ridiculous. There's walls of normal geese everywhere, you can't control which you pick up, and picking up a single one pretty much means murdering your entire flock to reset. The only chance you have is at the very beginning where there's still room to maneuver.
There's so many little things wrong with this game.
1) Auto ai is very bad at aiming. It can't even reliably hit enemies trapped by a skill to prevent them from moving.
2) The upgrade tree for weapons is very unbalanced. Some skills are so much better than others.
3) The healer ai just runs backwards when everything else is dead. No way to end a fight early so sometimes your heal is just running backwards for minutes while you wait for something to kill it.
4) There's no reason to hold off getting legendary items. And they're not even the best items in the game.
5) It's just a grind game. Keep playing till your characters level up enough to win. It's not very fun.
6) There's nothing else to the game besides just sending your guys out to fight by themselves.
7) The wheel is useless unless it gives you an item late game.
8) There's no description or explanation on what any of the stats mean in the character page.
A bit too many levels. The game does get moderately difficult, but the first 30 levels are almost thoughtless. It takes a while to actually get to the interesting puzzles.
There are a lot of hidden attributes to the monster parts. Reach, speed, height, and swing. It would be nice if these were told to the player beforehand since it comes as a complete surprise when your iceball can no longer hit planes because you've put on the bug body and are too short to aim up that high, or when you use the bug legs and realize your legs no longer destroy stuff because the tips of them have to land on buildings to damage them, etc.
The entire game is trivially easy, even if you're abiding by the special challenge rules all the time for no reason. Should be adjusted so you actually have to use the feature that the game is named for. And defense mode is pointless since the enemies aren't strong.
The hotkeys do not work. Only the first time you use them in a match will it activate, and after that it simply doesn't respond. Additionally, the game constantly freezes. It's unplayable.
Survival needs to be renamed: "Have fun guessing which way to run at the start of every round so that you don't run into the middle of the enemy mass and instead run opposite of it".
For guessing correctly, the round is mega easy. For guessing incorrectly, you lose at least 1 hp or just insta die.
Yeah ... maybe if you weren't eternally bouncy this game might be fun, but it's super annoying to constantly be not making contact with the ground and so you're just floating in place bouncing, unable to accelerate.
Why is this game so popular? There are way better stacking games. The physics in this are terrible. Blocks spontaneously begin to have resonance, you pass levels even if what you made is falling down, and there's not much of a strategy element because you're forced to place blocks in a given order.
The game is fundamentally unbalanced. Any resources spent not on more missile ammo or shield regen is wasted because you lose all of your other buildings before they can be useful. Missiles need to give more resources, or building specials need to not use shields to activate.
