I love that little map in the bottom-right corner. Could it also be clickable so that when I see too many red dots overwhelming my green dots, I can swoop in and save the day?
Heh, I accidentally threw my hat on a guy I had thrown into a hole. When he died, my hat ended up at the bottom of the hole and I hadn't been able to complete the challenge :D.
This game was awesome and I gave it 5 out of 5. Thanks to everyone's warnings regarding the flashlight, I hadn't spam-clicked and had made it to the end in just one go. This being said, I just feel like there's such a giant plot hole where all these supposedly smart and well-informed individuals had not been aware of such a significant event as the city planning to cut the power in order to switch over to renewable energy. I mean, honestly. How about the lost business (e.g., ice cream store, fairgrounds, etc.) and the possible dangers (e.g., the Ferris wheel stopping with someone on it, security at the supermarket (dancing security guards aside))? For all the hullabaloo about communication skills, the mayor designed by this game's writer has awfully poor ones. Obviously, I'm reading too much into this game :D. Overall a fun and excellent game and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the public service announcement.
I wish I could have zoomed out or had a map. As it was, there were times that I had to take a leap of faith, not knowing if there would be spikes or not after rotating (e.g., level 6).
Survival Mode badge: 1) Set up all your squads near the lower left corner (but not too near). There are necromancers that will come and deplete your armies' health from a distance, so you must be situated here to attack them. 2) This is key: Get the Rocker so once you've situated your squads here, you'll never have to move them since the Rocker can attack enemies that are relatively far away. I would upgrade its attack at least once. 3) As for squad set-up, I'm sure there's more than one good one, but me personally, I bought all of them except for the Midday Riders, then maxed out the archer squads' attacks and the four melee squads' defenses. With the leftover money, I upped each of the four melee squads' attacks to 2 and had 30 gold left over. Good luck!
And here I had been thinking to myself, these are the least gory zombies I have ever seen...and then I realized that I had been shooting at other survivors to keep them out of my compound :O.
There should be monetary bonuses for flying over zombies, something like an "Epic Leapfrog Bonus" for jumping over 3 zombies at once. Also...who's handing out these monetary bonuses anyway?
