did you intentionally make it so that after you get hit, during the invulnerability period, your sword attack lacks a projectile? If so then okay. if not, then bug.
controls are TERRIBLE. seriously, awful. there's no reason hitting a patch of mud *or whatever it is* straight on would cause you to spin out as well, slow down? maybe. Have a had time turning for a second or two? mayyybe. physics suddenly deciding that a lack of sideways motion is irrelevant to spinning out? SURE OKAY WHY NOT. Additionally, while I understand the concept of challenge, usually the challenges are more or less beatable solely by the player playing well instead of sucking immensely, however with the starter cars, even if you CAN play well *no easy feat with the controls being what they are*, if the computer doesn't promptly suck horribly on it's part, you have a pretty decent chance of still losing.
okay, let's ignore for the second the completely and utterly awful survival capabilities of basically any and all search parties *I.E. you will lose search party members, almost regardless of the percentages, if you can even bring them UP in the first place*, why the hell can't you have your character search. seriously. maybe make a little secondary location with some zombies that you have to fight with a greatly reduced distance for zombies to travel till instant death. That way, you can justify the NIGH CONSTANT death of search parties, because HEY maybe it's REALLY HARD to not die or something *note- should not be that hard to not die, zombies are mostly slow and dumb.*
wonderful game, my only issue being you can't restart a specific hole without losing progress elsewhere, which I suppose I understand, but it's still frustrating.
if you're going to ensure that to continue playing we literally have no choice but to pay or somehow otherwise acquire kreds or whatnot, be honest and call it a demo at least. The hilarious part is that despite it's strong likeness to games made by a certain casual gaming company with a very REGAL name who are very much looked on with scorn by most people for their abusive business policies, even THEY don't FORCE you to pay to continue to play, merely that you be either social or paying them.
We heard your complain and updated the game: Now you just need to have 3 Stars in all the levels to play for free forever. It’s a bit challenging, but at least you are not compelled to pay. We hope you will be happier and give the game another try (maybe give us a better review?).
I dunno, it seems more or less luck based, i mean, if you don't get GOOD survivors to use on searches, you're more or less going to keep losing survivors simply because HEY, you HAVE to search, and you're going to keep FAILING searches with crappy survivors.
something that'd be nice is if for some of the upgrades, we had some numbers to put stuff to? I mean, for example the poop chute one, if we upgrade it, HOW much faster does poop come out? especially since we have the auto poop mongering, it'd make sense to upgrade them so that the rates match, so we're not losing poop, or basically any upgrade that reduces time between spawn/shot/etc. etc..... also what is the point of extra launchers on the initial game type? unless I'm mistaken I'm still only seeing the same number of animals as the max I've upgraded to.
just a note on the kongpanions- other than having/lacking them, what decides what number of them you actually have on screen for the gardening thing? further- seems to be a bit of a bug regarding them, the blue cat one lacks a crown whereas the dog one has one instead. I have all of them shiny EXCEPT dog *which would be impossible right this moment on thursday for him to BE shiny/crowned*
couple other notes- keep your naming style consistent, if you're going to accept single names for some, keep single names for all, if you're going to shorten some series titles, shorten them all, for example why is Gogeta, Gogeta ssj4, but Frieza isn't Frieza form 4, or why isn't Ichigo Hollow Ichigo, etc. etc. why not also use the full names for any character that HAS full names? examples- Rukia Kuchiki, Cloud Strife, Conan is actually Shinichi Kudo *conan's just his cover name*, Kenshin Himura, etc. etc. lots of the characters HAVE given full names. this game is an okay clone of its' obvious inspiration to be honest but I find myself compelled to play games and give advice *or scorn depending on how bad it is*
something else you might want to consider is that while I understand these are your recreations of characters, not all of them are inherently recognizable with how you've drawn them, and while I understand you have little visual hints in the pictures, they're still not perfect. You should consider trying to recreate with the drawings well known poses/pictures for some of the more normal looking characters.
well its supposed to be difficult!!!! my artist started drawing cool characetrs (thats why first ones are better than last ones) and i said to her: nooooo ure too good you must draw them faster (she draw 80-90 characters in 15 minutes xd) if we make a second (and better) anime clicker probably we are gonna draw 200 characters with color and more recognizable :D
I'm sorry but the ghosts from pacman have NAMES. admittedly without color we can't immediately identify which, but they are Inky Pinky Blinky and Clyde.
you know generally at the end of a "mystery" one tries to actually have explained things. Also, no, there is no goddamn way the guy manages to run past you through a frigging locked puzzle door with the glowy alien sickness rocks.
if you're going to have a game in which your rating on a level is the amount of damage you have taken/not taken, then it probably would make sense if you DIDN'T have enemies that appear right next to you and instantly attack, because there's no avoiding that, you simply do not have a chance NOR do MOST of your weapons *admittedly, I haven't played the entire way through, but the first two weapons certainly don't cut it, even upgraded* don't kill them quick enough to make a difference, even if you did react fast enough to them. Further, you have no way to increase the rate at which your gun cools down, even though enemies increase in number and frequency of waves, despite the weakish main weapons, meaning you're GOING to let some enemies through. AND there's the fact that the bottom half of at least the upper maps is COVERED and only about a second or so before they can fire on you is when you can hit them. Poor design.
look, turboNuke, we get it? you like making racing games like these. and that's fine and all, but perhaps you should endeavor to either A- make them noticeably DIFFERENT from each other or perhaps add something new to them or B- make ONE good quality one of decent length and design *but not too grindy* instead of churning out what is essentially the same game over and over but with slightly different pictures. or C- stop making these types of games for a while. Also stop making them with the same frigging stupid thing about how hitting another vehicle, no matter how it happens, always slows YOU and ONLY you down. if I get hit from behind I'm going to gain speed damnit and slow the OTHER guy down but EVERY game you have like these has that SAME ISSUE.
this is actually fairly interesting- but I think it'd benefit if you had an ability to *remotely, not via gunshot* instantly revert a copied item back to normal, mostly so you remove the timing aspect from dealing with say, dropping aliens, or so you can remove any delay from shifting around ladders by turning them into the pickups, or dealing with boxes, etc.
the only problem I have with the secret upgrades is that there aren't really hints to how to get MOST of them. Which, okay, I understand, they ARE secret, but then if they're secret why advertise the things about secret upgrades so much unless you more or less intend for players to find them?
I think they kind of vary in how obvious the hints are. Some of them are extremely obvious while others are much more subtle (particularly the 2nd secret upgrade you can get for mission 0.)
Also another issue is I don't think *for the purpose of the achievement* that it registers all clicks made, especially if they are fairly rapid clicks. oh the resources still happen, but I'm PRETTY sure I hit 50k clicks long ago.
consider adding an upgrade that lets a player spend multiple energy per click of mining/fishing/chopping. in other words, spend 5 energy in one click to do the same amount of work as 5 clicks at 1 energy. As an example.
