Finally got the medium. That was not worth it. Quick tips for the badge: You need to earn 10 SP in one run to get to level 3. Get all the free Holybar gifts (visit the twitter page and get the codes, get the daily reward, click the buttons for the twitter and facebook). You do NOT have to actually like or follow anything- clicking on the button will give you the reward anyway. You're going to want to get every restart upgrade until the 500 SX one, and you should be able to finish within a day from there. Your biggest earners will usually be the lab, the factory or the boutique depending on what upgrades you have. In your final run once you have the x180 resource multiplier focus on making your boutiques as powerful as possible by any means possible. The game will progress closed, but if you want it open keep it open in another window, because if you tab out it won't register resources or money gained until you refresh. Took me 5 and a bit days total.
The game doesn't seem to progress when you're out of the tab, but it'll catch up if you refresh. Make sure you refresh when you come back if you spend time out of the tab. Sped things up for me a lot when I realised that.
I'm not sure, but it could be that the ratings are being artificially inflated with fake accounts. Either that, or before now it was only being played by people who really liked it, and no one else would touch it long enough to rate it down.
@cgeorge2 Much as I dislike this game, I think that's the best move. It's very annoying to be trying to find, say, games about viruses and have the results filled with garbage games instead. We should keep complaints in the comments section where they won't affect other games.
Idle games can be fun, but they have to be clever. Introduce new concepts that make you want to figure out how to optimise things. This is basically a carbon copy of the most basic idle game formula out there. The most interesting part is changing the language settings so you can study another language at the same time.

Don't worry too much if you get hit- later in the game there are a few bonus levels where you can earn those points back easily without worrying about obstacles. It's much easier to get the badge going from 15,000 to 45,000 than 0 to 30,000. In difficult areas, stay focused on surviving and don't try to get powerups that aren't easy to get. If at all possible try not to go flying across the screen- small, controlled taps are the way to go.
This game is the perfect example of why visual design is important in a game. After a while the game becomes impossible to see, as other people have mentioned- even in early stages, the excessive effects make it hard to keep track of what's going on. The artist for this game was a good sculptor but really needs to learn a bit of colour theory: when everything's saturated and glowing, it makes nothing stand out or look important. The coin-and-gem problem wouldn't actually be so bad if the colours weren't so bright and didn't clash so much- as it is, the player has nowhere for their eyes to rest: it feels sort of like walking into a bright room after sitting in darkness for a while, and has the same sort of effect on your perceptive ability. I've got the badges, and now I'm going to have a break from the computer until my eyes stop hurting. I'd really like this game if it wasn't for the visual bombardment, but unfortunately the issue is bad enough that I really don't want to continue.
If you need to restart, press P and then "Restart Level". It's a bit more annoying than just pressing R but easier than trying to kill a character. Don't try going for As on anything other than level 9 if you're playing alone, but all levels can be completed to a B without too much difficulty if you're playing alone.
This actually seems alright so far. It's not obnoxiously large or obnoxiously bright, it doesn't ask me to pay every ten seconds, and just using the original starting deck to earn the badges I'm actually enjoying myself, which I didn't expect from this kind of game. I'm not sure how obnoxious paywalls get down the line, but as far as I've gotten it's fine. The aesthetic is nice too.
The AI could be better- it sometimes does unbelievably stupid things and loses where it might have actually had a chance of winning. I think my favourite is when it puts a fort in one of the four squares just in front of its base, so it's even harder for it to play units when I push.
I don't think I've ever felt more anxious than when she said "Faster! We're not going to make this jump!" at the end of level 5. I find it helps a lot to have your right hand on the spacebar instead of trying to do everything with your left hand. And don't be too jumpy- your button-pressing window is pretty large. You generally do have time to check whether the thing yelling at you is a farmer or a hoplite if you slow down as soon as you hear the cue. It also helps to wait until you can see the first few arrows before ducking or blocking, since the audio cue can come at unreliable times. If you can't complete it, it helps to come back another day. You'll perform best when you're calm. The level takes about 3-4 minutes: I started doing better after I started timing myself and got a little over 3:40.
Oh, that's just not fair. You make an animated badge and you put it on this terrible game? I feel like a work donkey with a carrot perpetually dangling in front of my nose.
I adore the graphics in this game, but they do have the effect of making the obstacles very difficult to see. My first three tries I died to the first obstacle because I didn't know what to look for. Still, I think it's worth it- I really do feel like Hippolyta.
Still, it's something to consider as I faceplant into an unseen branch for the sixteenth time.
I'd recommend new players keep playing past the first few levels- this game has a new twist on an old gameplay idea which makes it much more interesting. Very good logic game.
Survival has some serious balance issues. It seems to me that the only thing worth purchasing is the auto-turret and the speed increase, so you can run around as it kills everyone for you. Your own weapons are woefully underpowered, highly expensive and there's no clear indication of what each weapon does- the descriptions seem to suggest that a much more expensive gun is many times weaker than its cheaper counterpart, and I don't really feel like shelling 10k out to try it.
Evolution is a bit biased in favour of the dinosaur. While I can kill any of the lizards no problem, none of my idiotic teammates can, so after the dinosaur transitions through the underpowered ranged stages it's just a struggle for me to protect the rest of them. This is clearly meant to be a multiplayer game, it doesn't really work in singleplayer.
