For some reason, there is a polyp stuck in the middle of my game screen that I cannot click on and that moves when the screen moves. A somewhat irritating bug.

Physics engine needs work. I did the same thing twice in a row and got different results.
Not bad. The two cursors is an interesting idea. I suggest making both cursors circles and also making the circles much thinner. As it is now, the purple circle obscures too much. The detection for whether you click correctly or not seems to be whether you click inside where the numbered circle will appear. For some of the discrepancies, clicking on the top or bottom of the discrepancy registers as a mistake.
The gameplay becomes monotonous very quickly.
It's one thing to draw inspiration from a famous game. When you use the quote "Diablo, the Lord of Terror, walks the world again" with only a minor edit, it rapidly approaches copyright infringement. Try using a little of your own creativity instead of just copying someone else.

The jeep really seems to suck.
Upgrade points come pretty slow.
What are the different soldiers capable of? For example, I expected the engineer to be able to repair the jeep.
