Systems and weapons improvements do not match because system is new base/base = improvement and weapon improvement is new base - base = % improvement. Weapon improvement % makes no sense.
game gets much smoother to play after your first few legacy points. spend your points evenly in each area at the start because they give bonuses to your stat incomes. there is no reason to hold your legacy points. at 5 legacy points it takes about 15-20 minutes to collect another point. at that point push to 5 points in resolve and buy otto pilot, the game becomes much more idle and you dont need to constantly swap pilot skill points around.
This would be a great game if it were better balanced. There is no sense fighting bosses and trying to level them to 10 for better rewards when SP decreases over time due to slower pin gains. Same goes for synthlab levels when the time invested to reach higher skill unlocks is so great. The rewards for fights seem to decrease at parts of the game. Cells go from 1% to 0.1% drop for the same cell. Basic Pins are obsoleted by the special pins. These should be unique so players still use the basic pins. Slow attack pins are not very valuable, perhaps they could become healers or stat buffers to promote variety formations.
death rate growth exceeds birth rate growth long before you reach max population. it is very counter intuitive to keep your numbers lower to maximize profits.
This is my intended mechanism since I've added prestige (which wasn't something I was originally going to do), The current prestige system will be replaced by a points based system with atleast 10 ways to spend those points and to make it possible to prestige much earlier than the current system. I just haven't had much time to work on this project lately due to other commitments but I will get around to it.
The game design is completely vertical, center of the screen. Why does every popup have to cover the middle? You should move them to the sides so I dont feel like my view is always being restricted.
Almost quit at the start because I couldnt find how to make older humans. Ive ascended a few times and I do not know how many dark points i have because i cannot find a counter. i do not know how to collect CP or prestige points so i cannot do the other features i see. i opened settings and it took me a minute to figure out how to close it because the close button is put in the middle of the settings window. the largest problem with your game is that you are not presenting your information to people in a way makes it easy for them to interpret.
Only loaded this game so i could 1/5 it. Nothing was addressed from K+ beta comments and it is a energy/p2w scheme that is vehemently despised by Kongregate playerbase. Why Kongregate supports these games by falsely pushing their rating on release to 3.5 befuddles me.
very far from complete but i did enjoy the battle system. resources are way too slow, i cannot keep upgrades going. ability to build stronger units in town needs to come faster. I still produce the first 2 units only and i have the 2nd storyline area unlocked in world without anything left to kill. the monsters are too difficult where im at, colony, in story to kill. im assuming that the clan tower goes on the lone island in the bottom left of the city, those monsters there dont even target my units and run straight to my spawn point, instant lose. despite p2w mentality i enjoyed what content there was.
flavor of the day, ice beam is out. cannot possibly generate enough MPr since meditation caps to fund higher level ice beam. now its going to be going back to pierce or trying lunge. lunge makes me want to vomit, screen shaking and jerking. i need to be able to turn off the background and animations :(
