I'm happy with the new resources, with the exception of viscera. Solar cells are a distant second to it, even in the end game. The ability to blow up creatures with dynamite would go a long way to fixing both [collecting them both on the same world type], though it'd take the strategy out -- putting them on radar would also just about do it. Thank you for the Glean series, and all of its well-placed comical cameos and references. PS, those viscera bugs can spawn on top of the fungus colonies, and that's awesome.
I haven't seen a good arena game since Amorphous+, so thank you. It's sad that I had to dig this out of a heap of other dusty diamonds. Could really use graphic quality options, and something to let me know how far I've progressed in the game [like a "max level" high score on Kong], but otherwise I can't fault it.
Excellent game. If you enjoyed this, try Redder [which is unfortunately not on Kongregate] -- it also has great music, by Amon26, another multidisciplinary master. Andrew Gleeson's [he did the music here] website has more goodies too.
Thank you very much for making grinding optional. It's so refreshing to be able to play through a shooter without being rewarded for dying, and still being able play the levels in their natural god-given sequence.
I think I'm getting the hang of this. For the stages with replicating monsters, try starting as the ninja or resetting until you find a remote in the first few seconds.
I love this game, but when I start with baby bombs and they start with self-replicating monsters, there is no calculable chance of success. The demon infestation spreads way faster than it can be controlled.
I love this. Traveling through space with deranged omnicidal robots, powering up a weapon until it's too strong to be fired, carving a subway tunnel through giant spaceships in one shot... but it freezes in less than ten minutes every time.
I only have about ten thousand unanswered questions here. Who are the people who look like albino mindflayers? What happened to the mouse blocks? What's with the upside-down person in the room where you find the pets? Why no graphic quality options? Apples...? And foremost, WHAT IS Amil?! There's so much subtle weirdness, I have to love it.
WOO, 31st comment! Uh... because it needs more than 30 inane fan shouts. It's good to see you have more games on here, I'm sure their style will also be quality stuff.
There's a terrible lack of meta maneuverability here. I can't find a pause or a level select anywhere. It's still a fun thematic fit for the classic puzzle platform concepts, and I really enjoyed those levels that could be completed in one try after standing still and staring at the screen for a few minutes. Especially the one that's either #21 or #22 -- jump into the little alcove to receive a hint. >:D
Great game. The second to last level had me sweating a bit. Some tips for players: firepower > shields. The rubber cannons will make you feel sorry for the poor aliens all through Erebos and Coeus; put them on ~45º angles away from the ship. Swap them out for homing missiles on the fourth boss and it will crumple up and die.
You have to attempt to give the empty player to Melissa through your inventory in order to advance. This seems contrary to the dialogue when you simply speak to her with the empty player in your inventory.
I destroyed the UFO with nothing more than an upgraded shotgun with full ammo, minus the 15 or 20 shots I pumped into the roof of that structure. So many complaints here, but at least this game has graphic quality options, an upgrade system not based on grinding until everything is maxed, and a storyline. 5+♥, though I have no idea how this guy can climb along a pole with one hand while reloading a shotgun with the other.
