nice effort and concept, though done before in a few other games with a bit more realism and less luck. like that there were only 20 levels. good graphics, ease of play and resets. fun, but not great.
played this game way back before badges. fun, but a bit random. like the deck edit. 70 is a high number of cards, but less than 60 would produce very similar decks. people who quit suck of course, and some other online game sites have ways of determining if this was a quit or real disconnect and punish those who quit out with a rating system so you can filter them out when looking for opponents. perhaps Kong can adapt this, I don't know.
is there ever a time when this thing isn't having trouble with the server?! WTF. and half the time there is a serious lag-jump problem and I'm getting bushwhacked 50 times before I can get a hit off. was going to go for the Hard badge, but now forget it.
oh, but what is annoying (aside from the never-before-mentioned speed up button (SUB, trademark!)) is the need for underachiever trophy if you've beaten the game on hard mode first. ugh.
seriously though, the game is fun to try different strategies (though annoying w/o the speed up button - arrgh, there it is again!). and yet, it seems there are very few different *winning* strategies.
Wait, I bet no one's thought of this improvement idea - a speed up button! no really, I'm sure all 2million 300 hundred thousand people to comment so far haven't mentioned this, so I'll post it. yeah, a speed up button would be good. I mean, he had it in the last game and he knows how to program it, maybe he just forgot, so I'll be the first to remind him. sure, weeks have gone by since kong hosted this game, but i'm sure he's just forgotten about it, and no one's been nice enough to remind him, so here I am. so in closing, how about a speed up button?! hahahahahahahahaha
nice sequel. though i like the variety of missions, enemies, tools and levels, I still find it a bit repetitive and little gained between missions. and so a few too many missions then. still, great fun and a good challenge.
pretty cool. like the graphics and the light story. platform fun. some intuition required. not too hard, not too east. not too long, not too short. good job overall. only managed 161 shrooms though :(
cool game, good effort. like the ease of play, tutorials, simple graphics and variety of challenges. like the badges and modes. only negative is a bit too many levels, especially when having to repeat.
cute, but easy. I'm not finding it replayable. not really my style of game though. great effort, like the ease of load, play, good instructions, graphics.
interesting. personally prefer TDs that use towers so I'm not licking all day. unbalanced as mentioned: 1st level spells far superior n a cost basis; 2) lightning and earth are keys. on lvl 25 now and quitting, just taking too long. good effort though and plays well.
speed up button needed. not really much to do, just click a few things and wait. no real decisions or amazing strategy needed. and the thing is a memory hog and crashed FF. decent enough idea, but ...
nice first effort. a few missing things (some already noted by others): 1) speed up button, 2) ESC to cancel buy, 3) sale price. Also, when placing greys, physics seems off. overall, steep ramp to get from blue/red to yellow and then again to grey. also, hard to make money early on. both of these though do make the game challenging, which is good. overall even though a good effort, does not stand out from other TD games already. look to DTD, Onslaught and Gemcraft for creativity.
