before you read this, understand that it is my opinion and i really don't care if you don't like it. i enjoy this game a lot, but i really don't want to spend hours on it to level up half way and then even more to actually afford the next weapon. Now i understand that multiplayer games need a fairly slow leveling systems, but it kinda annoys me that i just made it to level 6 after around 1768 kills/ ~1000 deaths. I'm not saying make it easier to level up, just add things like exp multipliers for stuff like having a positive kill/death ratio, or even in game challenges worth an amount of coins, exp, and later on dollars.
i think the game has great potential, i mean, who doesn't want to control an omnipotent orbital weapons platform that somehow has a never ending supply of ammunition that only ONE person is needed to pilot with ease?! (if you catch what I'm saying here...) however the gameplay gets repetitive at times and you have to wonder several things: why don"t they shoot back, how can you fire at units inside bases, why don't you just fire on the dropships and save a LOT of work, and finally, if they are inside the silos, why not just shoot the missile until it detonates and kills everyone inside? but back to gameplay, the upgrades need a little tweaking, all you really ever do is upgrade damage and armor piercing on your favorite weapons.
in all, i give it 6/10, for repetitive gameplay, common storyline holes, but a very creative and fun idea.
this game is good, but once you get to the point where you can buy the flamethrower, the game glitches a LOT and with all the enemies on the screen i could barely see the ones still coming towards me.

thmbs up if this has ever happened to you: you are well in the lead but the table yurns near the end because your men's moral drops constantly and you lose with a moral score of zero to one
i played dead frontier WAY back in the 2d version only months after release, it was realistic, but not very fun. i prefer the 3d version better, i just want missions and building looting/barricading. i greatly recomend anyone who likes zombies to try it
