BUG: drown in water, pressed continue and I am where I last saved, but the camera constantly looks upward and when I click on my inventory there is only one blue box with the regular background. Also can't move.
Smaller glitch: Weapons don't make a shooting sound sometimes.
Thank you for your ideas! I fixed the bug with the drowning, but the little bug with the guns not making sound, I think is Unity's fault. I have tried to fix it, but nothing seems to work. Your other ideas are good, maybe I'll add some of them.
*.* MORE IDEAS...water doesn't hinder or slow your downward momentem...slammed into the bottom of the lake and lost hp. The store buying system doesn't work very well, I suggest just typing in the number of bullets you want or whatever else your buying. Bigger weapons should slow down you walking movement, different enemies come out at different times of the day, water monsters, take all loot button, scope wobbles and shakes if you sprint while scoping...ok thats probobly way too many ideas to even think about at once. Maybe you could copy and paste these into notepad or something to organize them into likely to be made or something like that.
More ideas :D. Flying enemy types, skill branches, a karma system, a quest line that only allows you to advance to new areas when you complete the quest in that area (possibly use ladders or canoes as rewards to get out of the area) melee weapons, easter eggs!(like money on top of the store if you can get your jump level high enough etc.) damage based on where you hit on the enemy E.G. headshots, a survival mode (possibly including zombies XD) quests that involve the days of the week or a time limit (like give this package to Y within X days) I have no idea if there is any possibility of any of these implemented, just throwing out ideas. A few more: enimies walk around on their own and then chase you when you get near, enemies that shoot back, and finally some light platforming (jumping sections)
For my computer running on IE7, control W always closes the window even in the game. Some other gripes that may improve the game is that weapons don't have individual ammo, crouching doesn't reduce the hipfire crosshairs, the smaller enemy type there is no change between its living and dead counterparts other than one moves, and the tiny number of quests. But with a larger number of unique quests and a bigger game world, more enemy types etc. this game would be excellent. I wouldn't go through with changing the terrain except in almost insignificant ways, it doesn't fit the identity of the game, imho.
are you actually an asian in a sweatshot and not actually a chat bot?
God:
Yes I am an asian in a sweatshot and not actually a chat bot. How did you know?
EXTREME CONTROl PROBLEM: CONTROl W (crouch in game and walk forward...but it has a huge effect outside of the game too :@) Plus it up so the dev can see this.
You don't need to plus anything up. I read through every comment. But I don't understand what the problem is. I know Ctrl + W closes the window, but I don't think this happens when you play a Unity game. It has never happend to me.
This game suffers from an identity crisis. They throw you upgrades with no logical fashion other than you obtain them, shoehorning a moral system into a game that obviously does not need it...but it being a stencyl game you can cut it some slack.
Would have been amazing if it was a "choose your adventure" game where there are 2 holes and your game would change depending on which one you choose to go after.
