Reasonable.
Tips for improvements:
Use subtitles (text at the bottom) rather than new screens. It's annoying to keep having the focus interrupted.
If an object is movable, make the entire object movable, not just a small portion of it (i.e. Where you have to click to get the hammer.)

I Think PsyBomb is refering to the seemingly random way the cards re-arrange after a match. I'd like to see everthing slide to the left after a match, filling new cards from the right.
Ok, it could be fun, but:
If I build a park bench today, it'll be there tomorrow. I Guarantee it!
It should be an attempt to build the extras one at a time to fill the unused side of the street. (i.e. have small lots on the other side for benches, ice cream etc.)
Then, I need to see an effect that these extras have. I want to see people lined up for a newspaper while waiting for a store to empty. I want to see people sitting on the bench. As it sits now, while there may be a buff attached to the extras, it isn't apparent to the user.
I would have given it 3 as it works about as well as advertised, but the word "Looser" dropped it down one.
Hint: If you can't spell "Loser", you are one!
There is nothing intuitive about this one.
I can click on three things:
The door clock,
The bottom left clock,
and the bottom right clock.
Although, clicking the bottom right one actually takes me to the closeup of the bottom left.
The only thing that might make sense is to match the adjustable clocks with the times on the wall, hoping to activate clickability on one of them. Doesn't work.
