Overly long un-skippable intro. Slow game play. Areas that look flat but are actually invisible spikes (or bad collision detection). Pointless re spawning at start. Forcing blind jumps into danger. This is actually just about the worst platformer I've ever played. Rule number one: Games should be fun. You've successfully managed to suck all the fun out of this game. I don't mind hard, that's not the issue. But you've made this hard by being unfair, and frustratingly so.

First of all, I can't seem to play. It just keeps reloading the intro. OK! Let's try level select. OOH!!! That seemed to work. What the hell am I avoiding here? If I touch a button, I die. If I don't touch a button, I die. There's some flashy lighty things, but I don't know what they are.

That sounds like a serious error on my behalf. Do you mean that the controls are overly sensitive? You're supposed to stay clear of everything, but there should be no keypad button that immediately kills you.

What purpose does the cooldown after movement serve other than to annoy me?

It is necessary to let players attack enemy players in pvp locations, and few seconds cooldowns in the city are to introduce this mechanics to players. It's also to make some impression of actual movement, not jumping instantly. You could spend that time exploring the location, chatting with other players, planning your actions etc. There are also lots of "hidden" objects at some locations!

Bugs/issues -- Extremely unbalanced against Melee player characters. Interface is too clicky - I don't need to confirm everything. Unbalance Resources -- The first thing I did was upgrade my farms, and I never had a resource issue again. Upgrade costs for farms should be significantly higher. I don't understand what Manual battle does -- It just seems to go on automatically all the time. The storyline needs a lot of work. Teleport - Fight monsters. Teleport home. Some intermediate stages would be nice. Monthly summary pop-up provides me with no useful information. Let me click a balance sheet if I want, but you don't need to interrupt game play to show me my finances. Getting a melee character to 1800 took way too long. Don't show completed quests. or at least put up a show/hide option.
