Bah, I figured the omniceint voice was bad news but I couldn't find the lightning to kill anything until after I had 10 crystals.
Also, I can't find that mushroom anywhere. Does anyone at least have the general area of it?
Pretty fun over all, but there were some balancing issues. In particular You don't really get rewards for levels with few or no presents in them. And then there are the farmable levels that others have brought up. If there are going to be farming levels then leave them for the end to assist the people trying to get all acheivements.
Three times in a row now. Game is slowing to a halt as available moves are scarce, finally manage to kill squid first form. Combos several rages from above the screen and instakills me. WTF?
I get challenging but the high stats are bad enough, don't weight the game in favor of the boss. Or don't let the boss act on extra info. It is hard to tell which is going on but that squid is pulling out combos for too strong and often compared to anything else in this game.
The sound starts freaking out after you make an infinite loop (I made one in 29 to see what would happen) It is a very interesting puzzle albeit not very realistic. 4/5
Is it just me or is the game larger than the game window? I can use the "zoom out" but then the finer lines get messed up (especially in the upgrade menu)
I feel like the mechanics here are broken. There have been several times that it looks like I missed a zombie because I was too close to it. That combined with getting hit usually two or three times each time you miss a swing makes it a real pain to get anywhere.
percent based boosts should be rounded at least to the hundreth. I found myself fighting a boss not knowing how much HP it really had under the string of nines in the decimal.
I'm confused. On node 9 when I realized what I needed to do I decided it wasn't worth the trouble and decided I wasn't going to waste my time doing 20 to get it right. Instead when my health reached 0 my paddle automatically rammed it and killed it. So I just won by losing....
I was confused at first on how to actually complete a level because I thought you needed to scan the tiles. I like the fact that the mechanics were the same even with you slowing it down for that level but maybe you should box them off to show they aren't needed.
this game would be much better if you could destroy placed blocks. even if it is without refund there are plenty of times I want to place something where something else is.
