I like the concept of the game though it reminds me a lot of company of myself. The main differences are that the copies come automatically and that the past selves are a hindrance instead of a help. I really liked the idea of frame timing instead of physical timing it allowed players to stop and think without having it be overwhelming. The only thing I would change is that you should made down a wait button. it gets annoying when you want to wait for a clone to catch up in order to deal with it and the only method is to run back and forth or jump in place. And the jumping could use some tweaking.
A lot of people recommend Sky Dragon for Goblin Madness but I'm finding Celestial Angel to be much more effective. With Sky Dragon I was never able to force the thing to get past 1/2 way and it gets hard to coax the black goblins back that far. Celestial Angel tends to make it 2/3 of way before locking up and has a much larger attack range.
I wish we still had the old mana spell though. It would be very helpful towards end game. Though considering the fact that we don't need mana for troops anymore that would make spells a bit too overpowered.
You really should say somewhere that the percent in the top right corner is percent of your troops you are sending and you can change it by clicking.
And for those of you who are saying that the game is cheep because the computer can make moves faster than you you can make moves while the game is paused.
the extras are pretty broken and the game itself has it's fair share of bugs. It not a bad game but this game could of used a lot more beta testing before you uploaded it.
Overall a nice game. I haven't really found any issues with speed like everyone else. In fact one of my complaints is that the bow tower moves too fast. At least for me a single tap changes the angle by about 30 degrees baking it nearly impossible to aim at enemies.
I feel like the end part was pointlessly annoying. Spamming the same switch repeatedly looking for a certain result should not be the solution to the final puzzle.
I'm confused. I used to be able to just let him run when he was crossing the "kongregate" word like it was a normal platform. Now that I'm back to aim for the badge it's not working.
Anyway, it's a decent game. Pretty out there for those of you who like mixing up the same old games. It's not something that merits all that much time playing though.
first, make more levels than one. second, loop the music properly; I had to mute it because it was driving me insane which really says something in a five minute game. third, try a high score table (even if it's personal and not site wide), or maybe medals; it helps a lot if you give people something to work towards outside the minimum.
I've really only got one complaint. If a gem falls when aiming at bonus points you shouldn't have to redo the level, you just don't get points for that gem. After all, you already beat the level.
My one complaint. If you are moving too fast the grapple becomes very long, often times long enough to let you fall off the bottom of the screen. Either You shouldn't allow the grapple to be that long or you should allow the player to survive being under the screen if they are grappling. Aside from that it was a great game. I think AdamAtomic would be proud of this spin off of his game.
