If you play high chance, it is like risk, with dice rolls. The Computer, will pick the best move it can do, over or under and go for it. You will just see the computer going for these attacks more if they dont have any solid attacks. Low and Medium chance, you cant attack with lower numbers at all. High chance was suppose to be like real life, sometimes battles are not won by the biggest numbers.
there are dice rolls, but there are also other factors, like force size ratio and units in the battle territory. With this system once in awhile you will get a crazy upset, but most of the time the higher numbers will win. That is suppose to be like real life war, sometimes things just happen that way.
and dont get mad at me till you give me a chance to fix what pisses you off in the future please! =) I am good about fixing and updates. I still work on this and there will be a bug here or there, that is just coding.
new version up, with cleaned up code, it is not 100% tested and may have a glitch or two with the code changes. Please let me know if you find any asap! Witch is fixed, and Tutorial has been improved.
