*sigh* So far this game has deleted my progress twice, after getting reasonably far... It seems to be doing this randomly, as the saves do function properly most of the time. Has this happened for anyone else, or am I the only one doomed to never find the arena?
It really is nice to see snake games being made in order to get a point across. For those of you who are obviously too literal to understand, the moral here is that, "Even if there is no obvious threat, stay away from the edge." And with this, I leave you all to ponder with your thoughts (as opposed to pondering with *insert something else of which to ponder with here*) and to think about how much of life you have missed by not pondering more often and not leaving overly long comments on games on Kongregate that really add up to nothing but flowers.
It's decent...The fact that ammo seems to run out permanently is pretty stupid though. I get that you don't actually need it until the last boss, but...I was wasteful ;._.;. There could have at least been some kind of warning. 2/5
Because my slug's history seems to be such a hot topic here, I figured, after much restraint, that I would post his life story. Here's Yerspa!:
As a child, he was frequently bullied by others.
As a teenager, he suffered from Xenoglossophobia.
He eventually dropped out of highschool.
Soon after, he began work in the cake mines.
He later married a slug named Diane.
Together, they had 9 kids.
He died at the age of 98.
Heh...Nice quick game. However, the combat system was somewhat unbalanced. The wood could have taken the stone any day...I mean...Magic? Of course, right? Wood all the way. 2/5
Could be pretty fun, however the lag being a seemingly worse threat than any real enemy, makes the game lose a lot of its fun. I think a way of canceling web strands should be implemented, and it annoys me that of the 10 or so times I've actually gotten to the bat, it flies into the worst possible places...2/5
