I was about to leave work and attend a charity fundraiser for starving orphans, but your terrible game has so angered me that I'm going to outsource several people's jobs to India, instead. I hope you're happy.
Hey, hey! This game sucks!
It depends on typing an unknown permutation of the correct answer, with nothing but ambiguity over whether it's the company or product that is correct. Oh, and the interface freakin' sucks.
What, exactly, does being 'streesed' involve? The gravity/bounce feels very off... the ball seems to hover at the top of its arc much more than is realistic.
This is 7/8s of an awesome game, and Lord knows I love good dungeon games. But I can't stand the fact that most of one's time is spent in the inventory screen, swapping out items for very slightly better items. It gets so that I dread every new treasure chest.
Also, I do wish the story were ever _slightly_ more original. It's like Diablo crossed with the we-killed-the-boss-so-it's-collapsing plot present in every He-Man episode.
I like how there's no invulnerability period after you get socked by something. There's a reason virtually every game of this type includes that. After three times of getting socked to death with no chance of escape, I wasn't going to be playing again.
I spent a long time where it was too easy; then suddenly it got interesting. About five seconds later it became tediously difficult, and I said, "Screw this--it's just going to be more of this." And I quit. Very nice animation for a tired game concept.
It's not so much that the early levels are _hard_, it's that they're not _fun_. Boring and twitchily difficult at the same time. And, ye gods, the horrible music!
I _love_ these computerized versions of CCGs. This one got me playing for several hours, which is more than most Flash games can boast. That said, I'd really like more deck options (including a customization feature). The game also moves _really_ slowly. Does it really require that much processing time to run the AI?
Oh, and, yeah, I was hopelessly confused at the beginning. You develop eggs by tossing cards in your discard bag? That wasn't obvious to me at all.
I found this game awfully entertaining. It's pretty quick, though, and getting regions secured doesn't seem to be that advantageous -- just go for the throat with hatchet men and it's easy as pie. Thanks for adding the "play again" button, though it'd be nice if it didn't have to reload the page to do so. I also wish the instructions didn't pop up in another window.
