CodeGuy, did you use Key.W? That wouldn't work. You need to look up the ASCII code for the letter you're using and use that, so it would be if(Key.isDown(88)).
I think the difficulty is a little weird. I played the medium player "Cautious" twice, and lost both times, once by about a thousand and the next by more than two thousand. Then I played "Reckless", and watched the computer get free roll after free roll, getting 4000 points in one turn, and finishing more than 8000 points ahead.
Calyad's walkthrough is very good. Instead of getting a second laser tower, I got a shield, which is both cheaper and helps a lot against the attacks you can't avoid such as the bomber. Unfortunately, I think this left me open to air attacks which the one laser was not fast enough to shoot down. The space laser can't shoot air targets, and the quake gun, if it works at all, is ineffective. Perhaps getting a machine gun or even keeping the shotgun would help if you went the shield way.
I like it! The only thing I find confusing sometimes is that you can click on something, then it will hover, and then you have no clue what to do with it. That was the only thing that made me have to look at the walkthrough. 4/5!
I've also noticed something another user talked about, which is that they don't move till you release the mouse. I don't really like that because I want to see exactly where it's going.
After a while, the XP system breaks and you can't get any more upgrade points. The upside is, you don't even need them to finish the game. 3/5, 5/5 if that problem is fixed.
Hey, um.. good idea to make sure you know what the shape is before you say look for it. Any four-sided shape with all right angles (including a square) are rectangles, but typically what people mean by rectangle is its width is larger than the height or vice versa.
