Fun game, nice physics, looks good.
Here's the problem. There needs to be some sort of FPS or something moving in the trebuchet screen. Sometimes, I click, and it's going really slow, which is bad enough, but halfway through the launch it speeds up and wrecks my shot. If you could put a waving flag in front of the cata to show roughly how much lag there is, that would make this perfect.
I wish the catapult upgrades didn't slow down the firing speed. Especially since the upgrade statistics are completely unintelligible, so you don't know what you're getting.
The interface is clunky. I wish there were keyboard shortcuts for moving the map and zooming out. I realize the mouse wheel can zoom it out, but it also moves my page up and down so that won't work.

If it works for you, keep it alive!
You know what? I have to say I'm sorry about all my griping. I actually do love this game -- I've given it five stars, I'm playing it over and over again, and it made me want to make a space game myself. I just would love to see the little frustrations ironed out to make this perfect.
I was playing on normal mode and finally gave up and got about 8000 RU by cheating. I still nearly died. That says something about me, but it also says a lot about this game, and how you need to upgrade everything exactly right to win. I hate games like that.
I have to admit, some of your ideas in here are really cool. I'm at the stabilize the planet part, and the idea of the rubber brake is great. But the impossibility of controlling that touchy rubber ball with the finesse you're demanding takes away all fun from the game.
If my ball is completely still, and the slowly rolling red ball touches it and goes bouncing off the walls at a hundred miles an hour, somethings wrong.
