Crucial tutorial instruction that just kinda flashes by: "By drawing N silicon over P silicon which creates a PNP gate which conducts current through the P silicon ONLY IF NO current is conducted in the N silicon. By drawing P silicon over N silicon, we create an NPN gate which conducts current across the N silicon ONLY IF current IS conducted through the N silicon."
Game seems quite easy, karma makes some sense, etc. My problems are that it seems I cannot buy the $1500 property and that occasionally my cash register stops checking patrons out. I know I've got a lot of people in there, but I expect the clerk to run the register, not run into the streets screaming....
Pretty good, agreed with the up arrow jumping thing (maybe "space" to shift, it was the part that was always getting me confused). Game has some addictive potential, too.
I found the Puckle Gun useful. Build yourself one in the beginning (it is possible), then put a line of infantry in front of it. Expand to the left and the right with a couple more Puckle Guns and infantry in front of that. I try to arrange it so I have 4 of them, they will literally mow down lines of approaching infantry. Of course, I haven't tested this strategy at the higher levels :-/
My "IQ" went up 15 points after playing the game only 1 time (1/2 a standard deviation). I think the real fail is the ones who think this is an *actual* IQ test :P
@Greg, don't inject yourself with chloroplasts, inject every one of your cells, or else a stem line cell with chloroplasts. You could try this in one go if you replace your entire epidermis with cells containing chloroplasts, but it would be painful and you'd have to go around naked all day. Also, you would need to take vitamin supplements and a lot of antacid.
