I've noticed my guys keep getting 'caught' on the path. They'll be in the middle of the road, no obstacles, but stop progressing, even though they're still trying to move. Have to send them back and forth a bit to get them around.
Level 3 you have to move the two blocks so they can each reach the lower level. Game moves kind of slow, and so far I don't see any reason to have it tagged idle or incremental when it's a puzzle game. I'll play a few more levels, but so far it's just a meh. Hopefully it picks up a bit.
I agree with the other comments, the arrow movement isn't captured properly in the game, so it scrolls my screen when I press up and down. A tutorial would be REALLY helpful, or some popups when you mouse over things to explain what they do. And the movement speed is super slow.
The purple cursor is very difficult to see. The game area is huge, but most of it is just blank black space, aka wasted. At regular magnification, the text looks out of focus, like it's being stretched inside the giant black area. And having items adjust stats doesn't do you any good if you don't know which stats hey adjust, what those stats currently are, or what they do. And lastly, for the upgrades, there is a value in the ()'s. Some of these are zero for me. Does that mean they don't have a boost? Or that they won't get a boost on level up? What you have seems to work, so good job. But would be nice if you put in some improvements. Thanks!
Thank you for your feedback. The value inside the ()s is the bonus you are getting in that stat from equipments, you know what stat will get boosted by an item by looking at its modifier (prefix). Violent = More click damage Auto = More DPS Rich = More gold drop Lucky = More item drop chance.
Controls don't always respond. Button interaction is slow. Spring boards don't always spring. Got stuck int he side of a wall. And in level 3 I fell past the lever and wasn't able to jump high enough to get back up.
I'm not seeing any costs to level up, or if it's there, I'm not understanding what it is and how it applies. Also, the xp? Is there an xp to level somewhere? Do you spend it on leveling? Is there a current xp displayed somewhere?
The part I dislike is there is snail speed, and drilling yourself into the ground speed, would be nice if there was something in the middle. And the explanation of what's going on feels very thin. The blue guy gives you a smidge of information, but I feel like I'm just guessing along the way. Try, fail, try something a little different, fail, etc until I accidentally get it right.
Thank you for the report. In situation like that, you can continue by restarting the client for example with pressing F5 on your keyboard. The rewards are given on server, so even if client does not show them you have been rewarded. Do you remember, what happened during the match that ended up with black screen? Did you check detail view of units or did you do something else than just drag your units to the field?
