the character is nude because he just awoke from cryogenic rest. he was frozen, along with apperntly an intelligent ape with a bubble-gun. the really difficult question is why a bmx bike is also in a cryogenic tube.
it's a pretty dumb game, but that i don't care about. that attempt at "music" is the most retarded thing i have ever heard. go fµcking kill yourself for that trash.
how do you use spells? hotkey seems to select something, but when i click nothing happens. and why does it take so much longer for my hero to heal then to respawn?
dumb game. the whole shooting brainless enemies is stupifyingly easy, while collecting the coins left by them takes a lot of effort. there's no fun in either, while the latter is both the major part of the game, and very irritating. of course, there's a coin-magnet, but it takes four levels worth of coins to get it.
ok so it saved a checkpoint even though there was no winning from there on. i had to start all over. also i suddenly found myself without a crowbar and without a shotgun for no reason, while also having a rope with me instead for no reason.
i just can't believe how people take this game seriously. i'm perplexed. i...it's a funny metagame, but... how the hell does one care if it saves or not, if they win or not? even actively keep track of... i'm really confused about that.
so, here then is my list so far:
The Company of Myself,
Gateway I+II,
Coma,
Immortal,
Never Look Back.
and maybe:
How to Raise a Dragon,
Anika's Odyssey,
Little Wheel,
The Majesty of Colors,
as well as almost any zombie survival game. but that might not be exactly it.
and that's just on Kongregate.
there are a whole lot more out there, but heck, find them yourself. JayIsGames.com is a good site for games sorta like this btw.
i cant even begin to explane what's wrong with this game. it's tediously repetitive, blocking doesn't work, first level of regen talent does nothing... ok so i did know where to begin.
it doesn't quite have the graphical presentation of a fantasy world that WoW provides, but it is a lot less tedious with having to push the same buttons over and over, because grinding is automated. i'm inclined to think it might be a little better then WoW because of this.
one of my favorite games already.
i'd personally prefere the group of teenagers. teenagers usually have a lot more active social connections then adults, and not as much to care for, so a group of rowdy teenagers is perhaps more likely to grow rather then shrink. they are also armed, prepared and fit. the coworkers apparently have desk-jobs (many of them are likely listless cowards) and just rushed out of the building like i did, and they all have their own spouses and kids to rush to, and very loose connections to one another (they're coworkers, not friends), so they are very likely to split up soon.
