ok, distraction. I like the openness but a few things bugged me: 1)I wish you could see the whole map, or at least be able to scroll between different parts of it. 2) the mouse control gets annoying quickly. 3) I have no idea what my stats are, how high any of them are or what they do. All I know are the bonuses I have from quest items which doesn't really tell me much. And 4) I like the gold/exp penalty for dying but I would like to be able to tell what my xp is. Maybe it's just me but I like to know how close I am to levelling in a rpg.
What's codex entry 56? It's that last half a percent that I'm missing from 100%? I've done everything from beating the boss to maxing all stats and even continuing after talking to the computer and I got nothing. Anyone know what it is?
good game but too many glitches and there are no descriptions on the weapons' stats (I can guess what each means but still). Also, how do you unlock new weapons?
beating ragnarok doesn't award you anything blades, except for a TON of xp (went from 20 to 29 or, just can't remember the day). and the medal which is a +1 to starting luck.
To Mike5214, it says as the last tip in the help section that your health must be full and the end AND beginning of the day (got a point from searching and forgot to repair, no damage the next day and still didn't get a perfect so I can confirm it too). To thekipper3- ragnarok summons about a LOT of dragons (didn't count how many exactly) to attack the castle. Instant suicide if you aren't prepared. Anyone get that badge without needing to use a holy grail at the same time?
Half the time when I try to switch from my bow to my melee weapon, I can't attack and barely move until I switch back; melee works again after that but it's annoying. Also, why do like 3/4 of my arrows go fly wildly around the battlefield and not hit register as misses even at 100 DEX AND 100 bow skill? It's fun, but soooo glitchy at times.
also I have maxed everything out but the zombie mash seems to take away the sawdisk and your lasers. Is that a glitch or intentional? I imagine having everything would make 300 maybe a little too easy for the badge but I'm just curious.
266 zombies so and I just realized that the big zombies, in addition to being one hit kills if you run into them, have lasers. Seriously? The zombies have lasers AND kill you in one shot?
And a huge glitch: just reloaded the page and all of my achievements regarding cities taken over and guild ranking were lost. Only the days played, money, and reputation ones were left.
runs a little slow too often for my tastes, way too buggy (people I hire keep showing up again when I return to the tavern screen without ever leaving the city and damage seems way too randomized. I mean if you're gonna list different technology levels for each city, make them mean something) but still pretty fun overall. 4/5
To anyone who's having trouble dealing with the bombs and enemies on Niagra, just pick up the bombs that get dropped with your gravity gun and hold them in front of the enemies. the bomb will absorb the bullets and blow the enemy up when it's fuse is out.
Pretty good except for a couple of things: 1)why the hell would being a night guard LOWER your morals? 2) why can't you lower your humility? (can't see why you would want to, just wondering why it's the only stat not negativly affected by any actions) and 3)between the lower xp gain on jobs and only being able to do "dragon tamer" twice before needing to rest, it's impossible to master the job and get the achievement before time is up. And I'm guessing you have to do the stuff before that last week since I've done everything listed and only what I finished before the score screen is highlighted.
I take back what I said about the ax, didn't realize you could switch back and forth on the inventory screen. Still think the damage is a little too random though, and the life and magic level upgrades don't do anything besides REFILL the respective meters.
I like it but a couple of things rubbed me the wrong way. 1) the boomeraxe? Annoying that it does (or at least doesn't look like) it cause ANY damage when used at close range. 2) damage is WAY too random. Took everywhere from 1-100 points of damage from the SAME enemy with the SAME armor. And 3) movement seems kinda slow. Maybe a "run" option.
