A lot of people are complaining because this game requires trial and error. I think they are taking death too seriously. There is no penalty for dying. Think of it as exploring what kills you and what each switch does. Still, not a great game. 3/5 stars.
Don't rate it 3/5 because you can't play into the tower. Rate it 1/5! What kind of game glitches to the point where are forced to stop playing and still deserves even one star?
You can't blame glitches on the computer. That's like blaming the paper for bad writing that is printed on it. If this game glitches and other games don't, then this game is doing something wrong that the other games aren't.
This game is brutally hard. They come at you from more than one direction and you have to predict which one is going to shoot first and get ahead of those shots. I guess you have to memorize it by playing over and over until you eventually save everyone.
It is a touch too fast. I'd prefer it if it were a little more thinky and a little less twitchy. Even a tiny slow-down would be a huge improvement, but the price is far too high for this game as it is. Not even close to reasonable, so -4 stars for that. 1/5 stars.
It's not my fault that I couldn't find the load button. It didn't exist! It only existed when it replaced the tutorial button. Now the tutorial button doesn't exist and the load button is in its place. I don't know why. People can't be blamed for not finding the load button. If they can't find it, it is only because they don't have one.
Okay, now the load button has appeared where the tutorial on/off button was before. It's obvious now, but the fact that it did not exist before now is even worse than being hard to find. I had no possibility of loading saved games until the button decided to appear. I wish I could rate lower than 1/5 stars.
There is no load button. The main menu has five choices: Play Game, Play D Space, Instructions, View Highscores, and Add This Game to Your Site. That's it. And where could the load button be hiding in the game screen? It's not anywhere!
The load button is an Easter egg if it exists. It's too bad the save button isn't as hard to find because it's not nice to let people save expecting to be able to load. -4 stars on an otherwise great game. 1/5 stars.
One of the best escape games. It's large, complicated, but not unfair in any way. Not too hard or too easy and with a big budget. Nice writing, too. 5/5 stars.
This game needs ridiculous amounts of polish. It is very poorly constructed. It might be a good game under all that bad interface, but it hardly matters because the dev obviously doesn't care enough to polish it even a little bit. 1/5 stars.
I like how his game has a wide variety of challenges. The differences between levels are more than just challenge levels and cosmetic changes. On the other hand, I hate juggling and Level 40 isn't a tower defense game at all; it's more like an action game with terrible controls. 4/5 stars.
This game feels very clunky. It doesn't respond smoothly in a lot of places. It's especially serious in that power meter that jerks back and forth when using skills. Mouse-over pop-ups seems very reluctant, too. 3/5 stars.
The system for manipulating the answers is awkward. A game like this has to be better than pencil and paper or else it's worthless. Unfortunately, 1/5 stars.
