Not bad at all, but I agree with Oni that checkpoints would be a good idea. Keep with it, and maybe one day you'll have a flash classic under your hat. I hope we'll see great things from you. :)
This is a pleasant break from all the standard, yet gratuitous, violence and timed gameplay. I sense those bikes won't be getting far on those square wheels though, hehe. My leafy is currently sitting on the yellow swing. Now, if only it would actually swing! With a larger world and lots of missions I think you'd have a great game here. Good job. :)
It would be good to have labels/names/descriptors of the things in the inventory when moused over. Also, to be able to deselect an inventory object when clicked again. Not bad though, you must be doing something right as I always play your new games as they arrive in my community feed. The bouncing logo is a bit annoying, but it doesn't get in the way really. I think it used to be bigger actually. The dev is obviously aware of this and doesn't seem to place any clickable areas in that corner.
I'm pretty sure that the universal laws of physics dictate that a sneeze, if powerful enough, would propel the chick backwards, not forwards. But I get the feeling realism isn't the goal here.
I've played quite a few of your games, SandraKim, and on the whole they're not bad. The graphical quality is pretty good, but the terrible English and poor spelling makes the game look much lower quality than it actually is. Not to mention that this particular game is about appraising antiques, yet a hotdog, an apple with a bite taken out of it, and a corn on the cob apparently fall under this category! O_o I suspect that the old dude in this game is actually just crazy and doesn't know anything about antiques at all! In my opinion, improving the English would bring this game up to 4 or 5/5. I am a native English speaker and can help you with writing/rewriting the text and would be happy to do so if you so wish, just send me a message. :) Thanks for all your games, SandraKim!
I feel like the actual play area is too small and tight. Also, I would prefer the 'next' colour to be on my cursor rather than off to the right. I like the concept though.
I came across a very similar game the other day, except it was Father Christmas walking across rooftops. However, this game is better implemented and the perfect bonuses keep me playing. Highscores/API would be good though. 4/5
I guess you mean the first three levels. There are hints, I hope they help you find clickable objects.. But I believe the first three levels are not very difficult, and nothing much is happening in the background at other levels so I hope you had no problems about it after the first three levels?
This is fun, I like it a lot. My best so far is 206 and I can see this game becoming quite addictive. Do you think you could add the facility to drag highlight, as well the ability to deselect? Also, what do the little squares mean that appear on the left when refreshing a row?
Thank you Rainbow for the comment.
For sure. As I'm trying to port in for android/iOS, I have to add dragging feature, as soon as possible.
the squares are kind of On/Off signs which means if you turn On all the squares, you'll get a bonus line to remove and when u remove it, u'll get +20 scores.
P.S: I just added a better control. test it :)
Fun game, I haven't played anything with quite this mechanic before. I gave up at level 18 though, as I wasn't up for the speed and timing elements the game was starting to require. I rated 4/5. Oh, and the level end screen has a mis-spelling of "excellent", it needs another 'L'
Really simple premise, but oddly addictive! I rated the game 4/5. A Kong highscore board would be good, even though I'm still working on getting beyond level 7 myself. >_<
It seems that there is a kind of invisible fruit! The icon for one of the fruit doesn't show up, leaving blank spaces on the board. They can be swapped just as if the icon was visible but it does make things somewhat difficult! It''s the new fruit that is added after the purple one.
If the developer fixes the problem with the whole screen scrolling every time I press the up or down arrow key, then I will come back and play as it's not a bad puzzle game otherwise.
Thanks a lot :)
