Hmm, both sides are pretty much the same, so it is very easy to get into an endless stalemate. I'm in level 3, no matter how much upgrades I buy, I cant break their defenses. Also Level 3 tutorial don't let you build the library, so will loose quick without the mages. Solid game, but needs some more option in the early levels to influence the game. 3/5
Even the automatic weapons fire only single rounds, this make it an awful button smasher. Rilfe on 5 and machine-gun on 6 are mixed up compared to the store. Found zero pickups. Only useful gun is the uzi, because of higher fire-rate. But enemies reward is so low compared to bullet-price, you got around only 350 gold after 8 waves, impossible to get a lever upgrade Not very interesting or innovative, mostly repetitive and boring . 2/5, that one points for the intro.

Don't like the automatic turn of the hull towards the orientation of the turret, makes movement very awkward if you want to go straight ahead and focus sideways on the enemy. then you got to steer against this auto-feature. maybe an option to disable it. otherwise a very promising beta, looking forward for the full game.

Looks great but I think, there is no suitable weapon, bomb and shotgun have a slow firerate compared to number of enemies and their speed. Shotgun has to little damage and range, while bomb flies so slow, it's mere luck to hit the fast enemies. so you find yourself running away from the enemies, getting stuck in the hole, desperately hitting the jump key to get away from the enemies. not a very pleasant experience. suggestion: higher firerates or a new weapon that shoot fast; more stable ground, is should take more hits before being destructed; option for autojump to ease the movement out of holes. 3/5
More than 160MB for impressive GFX, but some of the worst gameplay. Can't move AND shoot, shooting is only possible in burst, camera view gets blocked by buildings, then you get stopped by invisible area border. need a lot more work to be interesting. 1/5 for gfx
As a very organized thief, we start to go in at 8:00, as shown by the clock in the living room. 2 min later the owner comes back, and beats us up. Maybe we play a very organized thief, but sure he isn't a very talented one.
Hmm, first impression is great, but there is no place in the rooms to evade the monster. Also, stuck in the third room, I fear this game gets monotonous fast... could be much better with more elaborated level design 2/5
