(1/2) A *SUPERB* game! Gameflow is excellent, play flows smoothly from level to level. Character control is easy and smooth, mistakes are quickly forgiven.
The pink background is calming. There are so many subtle design elements that act to help the player without you first realising it e.g. midway through the game you discover the dots are a huge help to line up jumps. There's no annoying 'click to repeat level' or 'click to go to next level' that break up immersion or game flow. Graphics are basic but perfect for this game - no need for fancier graphics. The one-button design makes sense in the context of the game. Lovely level design. I loved the ability to take multiple paths and shortcuts with ease, which is *rare* in a one-button game. This game should be used in game design classes on how to design games. 5 stars easy!
Shows a lot of potential, however it seems many of the areas are not yet implemented. It would be helpful to have some text showing which parts are not yet implemented, as opposed to not yet unlocked to the player. To see what I mean, on the map, only 'Blue' and 'Village' are open to me, but it seems I should be able to access several other areas. Are they still locked or just not yet coded?
What do the various colours mean? I thought they meant level of rarity, but sometimes I get a clear (very common) item that has higher stats that a green (rare) item. Also is there any bonus for having e.g. an all green set?
Shacks give the best value of all at $100 for 7points per sec each, which doesn't go up. I put an autoclick on Shacks, and in 2 minutes I had 500 shacks and $3500 per sec. Good start i suppose this is your first game? Keep going.
Hi Barbasu, thanks for your kind replies to my previous comments. I think I've tracked down the source of some strange behaviour. When game is saved with the save icon, then restored from save, the Boosts menu is reset. So you can buy the 12x boost again and again and build up a 1000x boost, which then leads to strange behaviour later.
I prestiged to see what it was like. Restarting left me with $100 again but the first satellite was $million. - seems the Gatherer or Boost or Upgrade (or all of them) multiple was applied to the cost of Mercury & Mars satellites. Earth costs are normal. Stuck now with no way of progressing. Boosts didn't come back either. Upgrade prices aren't reset either.
You really should have a warning before reloading an old save or prestiging the game, it's all to easy to hit these buttons by accident.
There are serious issues with the maths in this game. I was able to progress within a few minutes to buying 100 of every satellite on Earth, Mars and Mercury. But the income didn't seem to reflect my satellite purchases and now I seem to be getting far less income than I should. It will take an hour to get enough for Mars. Also the Boosts seem to appear and disappear at various time. My next available boost was x22 for $lots, then a couple minutes later the game went back to offering me a x12 boost for a low price.
Bug: I gave the horse the apple, then spoke to the gnome, planted the seed & tried to water it. Somehow that broke my link to the horse. Now it no longer follows me. I can't bring it in. I can't buy another apple for it, and the gome just says to give it another apple. I'm stuck here, looks like I'll have to abandon my game. Shame as it looks like I'm almost finished. Enjoyed the game so far though.
Hi, none of those things should affect the status of the horse. What is the horse doing when you enter that "room"? When it's set to follow you, it may sometimes seem to wander aimlessly, but it does move in your general direction. It won't follow you straight to the town entrance though, because there are trees in the way - so you need to "guide" it up first, then left, then down, then to the town entrance.
""NASA, your budget is $4. Get into space." "Hmmm... OH! I know!" *buys coke and Mentos" - we're talking 1950s dollars so that's $4 million in 2020AD dollars :) Not a long way off the budget Von Braun, Goddard and others started with. A video clip of Goddard's 1920s rocket launches can be found here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_H._Goddard#Early_rocketry_research
EDIT: I'm an idiot. The barn *is* the farm building, and you have to select 'change crop' to change to cotton. Perhaps there could be a notification marker? ORIGINAL: "Farmer keeps telling me I have cotton to plant in the barn, but I have no barn and seems no way of getting one. I have the Dock and (apparently) all other buildings at this point."

Fantastic game. Utter brainfark, and the perfect length for a quick play. No suggestions for improvement, it's great the way it is. (apart from a level list)
When coming back after being away, with a huge stockpile to spend, is it better to make a dimensional sacrifice before OR after spending your stockpile?
That's absurdly fast.
