Decent game, a fair amount of fun. The instructions could be significantly better though, as there is no readily available information about the various power-ups. Also the lack of any sort of customizable play experience (e.g. skill points, talent paths, etc.) detracts from what could be a better experience.
I agree with Darkruler, I saw that the game had a card challenge, so I thought I would give it another chance. Unfortunately nothing that matters has actually been improved to make it interesting, or fun. The game just isn't balanced well enough to make it good.
Decent concept, could be good if it had some game balance issues worked out. Hostage rescue level is a poorly designed level and needs to be redone; otherwise not too bad. 3/5.
One additional thing that the game needs. The screen doesn't scroll until your plane is very close to it...the result is that your forward field of vision is smaller than comfprtable. You sometimes are right on top of the enemy vehicles before you see them. Would be nice if you had a bigger forward field of vision in the game.
Decent attempt. Only problem is that you can hardly see the enemy shots against the background image, which makes it highly annoying to try to watch the shots to keep track of where they are.
Very good idea, needs more upgrades, and I like the ideas suggested about adding towers to assist the plane with base defense. Tower defense games usually suck because there's no in-level interaction on the players part, but combining the plane with the towers would be a winning combination because it would give the player something to do.
Game balance needs a large amount of work. People are absolutely correct with previous comments that the birds advance faster than the player's technology. The idea is decent conceptually, but the game play needs so much work that the game doesn't deserve anything higher than a 3/5 currently.
Not too bad. Wish there was a little more variety, and a way for the player to "customize" their experience (e.g. upgrades) in some way; but all in all, a decent simple game.
Very similar to D-Fense. This game has some potential with additional work. Would change page background as well, black text on black background isn't a good decision. Not bad for a first attempt at game design, keep working to develop your skills and the games will get better each time.
The game concept is nice. Unfortunately there is a number of improvements that really need to be made. First, it is way too hard to see the objects, like the key in the car for example....that is WAY too tiny to see. Also, it gets incredibly annoying that a window pops up every time you pick up a crystal, and you have to close it each time. That's just improvements I saw were needed in the first two rooms...I stopped there before I figured if the first two rooms were that annoying, the remainder of the game would likely only yield more annoyances.
