These are the worst campaign misisons I have ever seen, but okay looking at their later games they improved a lot.
Giving enemies double range, double damage AND increased health? Bullshit.
Conspiracy theory: On the computer of Globex you find "SFH.fla" which is the source file of this game, so Globex must have created this game... but why? Perhaps to evaluate the players capability as members? I can hear someone knocking on my door...
The controls are a plain failure. Walking in an angle requires 2 buttons, shooting requires one, but it only supports two. YOU LET A GAME THAT CLEARLY NEEDS 3 BUTTONS SUPPORT ONLY TWO!?
I can't enjoy this game. Really. It's obviously an almost entire copy of Frantic Frigates and as such, I prefer the Berzerk game, so why play this instead? I see you tried to alter the system, but this one doesn't really make it better...
Honestly, the difficulty level in this game is pathetic. It's obviously supposed to be one of these crush-the-castle-type games, which I never liked, this one is kind of enjoyable to me though, it's rather short. Almost every level should be completable in a few seconds without thinking. Only 25,26,27 and 29 are a bit tricky, because these castles are quite stable and it's not that easy to find their weak spot. What we learn from this game: stonemasons in the past were excellent, making pillars, that you can drop 20m without breaking them, but the architects were a joke, some of these castles collapse on their own with you actually having to throw a stone at them.
"Honorable" because you got killed at all and did not decompose to death, got bitten by a frog or something.
Fun little game, completed in a few minutes, but worth the time.
The regularly interrupting levelups are really annoying, they are coming regularly and they always FORCE you to assign to continue playing. Some people also like to build up some skill points and then spend them at once when developing a new strategy.
Later in game you can't even use a singular spell combo anymore without a levelup jumping into your face.
I actually don't like minion to commander jokes, but these watch towers are ridiculous. "Sir, I am hearing gunfire and screams out there, should I activate the alert?" "Naah, our spotlights didnt illuminate anything, so they'll just have spotted a mouse."
Wow... such a huge effort for such a lame and uninventive end.
Imagine you just played a Zelda or Pokemon game for hours with PASSION and then you finally beat it? What do you get? A little text box labelled "you won". THAT'S IT? Not really worth it... Oh! A medium achievement, nevermind.
Sorry about that, we work to make the sequel better regarding this.
