Bad. Just fire one arrow after another into oncoming forces... adjusting your aim slightly doesn't tax the mind at all. The instructions really don't explain the troops system, either.
The hard badge is pretty tedious... you spend much of your time waiting for the patrol cycles of enemies to match up so you can sneak through. Since you don't have much clue as to how far you are through the game other than your key number, you don't know how many enemies you can kill that you don't absolutely have to to make it less tedious. Also, with no kill counter, I don't know whether setting kitty on an enemy and then killing yourself so it doesn't die counts or not. A time challenge, as per the hard badge on Robot Wants Kitty, would have been much preferable.
You're kidding me, I hit the explosive block just hard enough to knock it down on level 14, and end up with 99 pts????? There's some really poor level design in this game.
A pretty terrible commentary, all things considered. Whilst its funny to read all these comments that people write without any justification about good games, they all actually do apply to this crap. When you get to the lag section, in particular, you think to yourself: 'Yes! Games like this should absolutely be given lower marks for this kind of thing!' which seems at odds with the point the developer is trying to get across.
Good game. Harder to play than Robot Wants Kitty, although that doesn't make it harder to complete thanks to all the restart points. Makes me hanker for an oldschool lives system.
Oh, man, THIS gets the 1000th badge, and one of the finest TD games ever misses out! Gutting!! Happy birthday Kong (or whatever you want to call it). Keep up the good work and I'll be around for badge#2000!
I remember having a go at Endless Migration for being an entire game about avoiding things which travel in straight lines, but this game is so simple and unpretentious I kinda like it. Kinda. It does get a bit boring after a while.
